Its geographical location is ideal to fully enjoy its surroundings and get to the old port by the electric sea bus located less than a 5-minute walk from the apartment as well as its nearby bus stop.

Our apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of La Rochelle, close to the town hall and the central market, on one of the shopping streets that is lively during the day, but quiet in the evening and at night. It is an ideal base for visiting the city or for business reasons, a 10-minute walk to the train station if you come by train. The apartment is a 42 m2 two-room, just renovated, on the second floor of an old building. We follow Covid cleaning guidelines.

Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
