We open our newly renovated house in the heart of the village of La Tranche sur Mer. Peaceful atmosphere on the dune, for a relaxing stay with family or friends. The beach is just a few meters from the house! You will also enjoy a nice sea view from the living room and terrace. The city center is very close, only a 5-minute walk. The layout and atmosphere of the house were designed by a decorator, the exteriors carefully designed with a landscaper.

La Little Casa is a pleasant atypical accommodation in the heart of the seaside town of Royan that can accommodate up to 4 people. This cottage, where we welcome you, is adjoining our house but offers you total independence as well as a private parking space and the possibility to park more cars in a parking lot opposite the house.
