Responsive and welcoming host. Residence close to the city center by bike. Pleasant stay.

Our short stay at Carole's place went very well. Listing is as described, communication is clear and transparent, and Carole is a welcoming, available and responsive host.

We had a lovely stay at Pascal's very well-equipped accommodation and with access to the central pool, sauna and Hammam. It is also very well located a few minutes walk from the port. We really appreciated Pascal's messages to provide us with all the useful information as well as the very friendly welcome from Jacky and his wife.

Well-equipped studio, just next to the pool, and quiet anyway. Communication a little minimal before the stay but everything went well. Comfortable for three people and above all very well located very close to the center of Saint Martin.

The electric bikes are great for traveling around the local sights. The house is in a central location with easy connections to trains or buses.

Very welcoming host, Julien and his wife are very nice! Great airbnb! Great environment! We will be back!

Excellent stay at this apartment in Soulac for New Year's! The accommodation is perfectly as described and very well-equipped. Even if we didn't take advantage of it due to the weather, the covered terrace is a real asset, offering additional space that must be very pleasant. The location on the first floor is ideal. Anne and Hervé are very responsive hosts with whom communication is simple and effective. I highly recommend this apartment located in a residence with a swimming pool (which we of course did not test in this winter period!).

Great host, Julie is very responsive, accommodating and very friendly. She did everything she could to make our stay go great and she was successful. In a good location, easy to access and easy to park. Great also for dogs who are allowed , which is becoming rare.....! a park is right next door as well as a pedestrian and bike path, which allows for beautiful walks. The bean coffee machine is easy to use and works very well, in addition the coffee is provided. In short, a top host and very nice apartment.

Very functional apartment with a large storage closet at the entrance, very convenient with children. No noise as there is no one above or below. The amenities of Pierre et Vacances are a real plus: swimming pool and hammam (sauna broken but not disturbing), ping pong tables, places to park bikes, ready games at the reception (in addition to those of the apartment), bike rental... The location in Saint Martin is perfect! We'll be back!!!

Great stay at Dominique and Yves' place. Very nice apartment, located in the city center, spacious and in a quiet residence with swimming pool, sauna and hammam. Lovely hosts. You can go there without so much as a second thought, I recommend it :)

We had a very nice holiday in this nice apartment with big balcony facing the resort's pool. The resort is well kept and quiet with mostly families as guests. Description in text and image corresponded to reality. Nathalie was a very nice host who was easy to communicate with. We'd love to come back.

We girlfriends à l 'île de Ré. We spent 2 pleasant nights in Sophie and Bertrand's place. The accommodation is comfortable, well equipped and the 2 bathrooms are a real plus for 4 people. The place was very clean upon arrival. The little extras of our stay: access to the fitness room, heated pool, sauna, steam room and bike rental in the residence! A stone's throw from the center of St Martin en Ré, the residence remains quiet from the tourist hustle and bustle. Thanks to Bertrand and Sophie for our friendly exchanges.

Our short stay went very well. The accommodation is very bright with its large floor-to-ceiling windows and very quiet. It is very well decorated and very well equipped. The reserved parking space and the possibility of staying with your pet are very much appreciated. The setting is pleasant (green spaces, flowers and trees). We will be back out of season without hesitation.

Comfortable house for a vacation for 6. Marie France and Bernadette are responsive. A hitch with the heating on arrival but which was resolved. The house is easily accessible from the port by bike or on foot. Good point for the well-enclosed yard for our dog because the nearby main road is very busy. We had a great vacation in La Flotte with beautiful weather.

Very nice real estate property with a large intra muros garden in the city of ST MARTIN Host are very kind and communication is ideal Located in an enclosure so away from traffic which is very pleasant for a quiet stay and very close to all activities St MARTIN is the ideal epicenter for all bike rides as well as being the city with the FLEET that is the liveliest out of season in summary: perfect stay, time has stopped Thanks to KARINA and YANNICK

Very good. Delivery of bikes directly to the house, very convenient. Functional house and as advertised. Very good communication with the concierge. (Just a mattress in one of the very uncomfortable rooms)
