Monthly Rentals in Leadville

The host was very responsive, very easy check-in and check-out process! The studio was the perfect place to stay and we enjoyed using the kitchen and coffee maker!

I stayed for one night, and the place was very clean with everything I needed. They provided coffee and a kettle, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was spacious and spotless, and the recently renovated room was well-maintained.

I was there with my 2 boys. Everything was exactly as expected - clean place, clear directions, just simple. Communicating with Jamie and michelle was a snap. Once they found out we were hiking mt Elbert, they left us snow shoes. Though we didn’t need them, it was a super kind gesture. My son left his shoes in the apt and they are going to send them back to him! I will recommend this spot to all of my friends. It was just great.

WOW! What more can I say! Kitchen was the BEST appointed kitchen with all the tools needed which is rare for an Airbnb. Other amenities that were appreciated were books, space heater, warm blankets, and humidifier. Entire walkout basement apartment was comfortable and contained all needed items and more. Penny met us and showed us around the apartment. She was very informative. House was on a quiet cul de sac and Leadville is beautiful. If I went to Leadville, this would be where I would stay again.
