Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Le Mans

This was a very cute place to stay in an old house in the middle of the Plantagenet City. Laurent was easy to contact, flexible about booking, and greeted us and showed us around and then left us alone. The house was comfortable and had all the amenities, and it was an easy walk to everything. .

What a lovely find! Stayed here for the week of Le Mans 24H and this little place was so wonderfully peaceful and comfortable. The host was very friendly and extremely quick to reply when I had a question. The amenities were perfect and the town was sweet. Not too far a walk to the closest bus stop to get into town (about half a mile), which was a great bonus!

Veronique's place was the absolute perfect spot for our stay. Besides being an incredibly helpful and communicative host (proactively telling us about an unplanned power outage the city announced), she was kind, and made us feel right at home. The place is a stunning piece of historical architecture, right in the heart of the old town. Finally, this was the cleanest airbnb I've ever stayed in by far. Seriously, I wish my house was this spotless. Veronique's attention to detail is hard to match!

Le Cocon is a fantastic property in the most beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The house itself provided everything we needed and was so cosy. I would recommend staying here in a heartbeat and would love to return. A real haven in the French countryside. The gardens, maze and Shetland ponies were a real highlight. Thomas was a brilliant host and was very responsive to any questions we had.

We came to Cecilia and Karl's for 4 days with friends and kids and we had a great time! We were 8 adults and 4 babies and we were absolutely not cramped. The house is great, beautiful rooms, a beautiful garden with very nice games for children. The living room is spacious, the bedrooms are well soundproofed and with 4 babies it's a real good point ^^. We also took a few city walks and the area is very quiet. It's nice. Thanks again to Cécile and Karl for this great stay, this excellent welcome and the very good exchanges we had. They're great hosts! We would totally recommend this place.

We had a magical time here and can't recommend it highly enough. The property and surroundings are beautiful. And we appreciated how every detail and comfort had been considered. We hope to return one day soon!

We had a great time at Pascale and Jean's, who are very welcoming, friendly and responsive hosts. The place is very quiet with a beautiful view. The house is exactly as described. Nothing is missing and the cleanliness of the premises is exemplary.

When I come to Le Mans solo for a few days, Anthony's apartment suits me perfectly, located in the city center, 15 minutes from the train station on foot, at the foot of public transportation (tram), and Anthony is very attentive to the comments that can be made about his accommodation for its improvement (for example I had asked for a larger TV, he changed it), I can only congratulate Anthony.

Jérômes place was perfect for our trip to Le Mans! With it being walking distance from everything and not far from the tram station, it couldn’t be in a better location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back soon!

My 3 day stay went very well. Richard is very welcoming and friendly. The place is very green and artistic and you feel good there. The small studio is comfortable and well-equipped. Don't expect a palace either. I'll probably come back to Richard's if I have a chance to visit Le Mans again.

We felt very welcome by Guillaume. He explained everything and was very responsive. For the Le Mans 24hr race the location is perfect as it is between 2 tram stops and it is easy to get to the circuit via tram. Monoprix and Carrefour are nearby and so are multiple restaurants. Kitchen had all things needed to make food. Guillaume had coffee and teapods ready. The top bed has a fan above it, extremely helpful in heatwaves. Hint: To properly lock the door you need to lift the door handle and then lock by key. Mediatheque parking is very close, safe , and costs about 12€ a day.

We were there for the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Perfect location, super friendly hostess.

Camille is a very thoughtful and ultra responsive host. The apartment is simple and clean, quiet. We slept well, that's the main thing. There's nothing special about the neighborhood. Be careful, however, 4th floor without elevator. Not disturbing if you're athletic😀.

if you want to visit the region, quiet apartment. tastefully decorated, excellent bedding...everything is perfect. Caroline, discreet and efficient.

We had a great time at Jérémie's. The apartment is located very close to the Jardin des Plantes so not far from the city center. It's a quiet area - no noise during the nights, even with windows open. Very comfortable, and highly recommended!

Excellent stay in a lovely apartment. Clean, bright and well-furnished accommodation. 15-minute walk to the train station and city center. Free parking spaces 5 minutes' walk. I recommend

Perfectly clean, spacious, really bright apartment, with a beautiful kitchen with very recent appliances. 2 very large closets in the hallway allow you to easily store linen and personal belongings of 4 people (wardrobe and linen): to unpack the suitcases without anything lying around in the living room or bedroom. The bedroom side bedding combines comfort and quiet at night. The sofa is easily convertible, for those who like a firm bed. The long balcony allows you to have coffee outside and overlooks a public garden. The house of the holy spouses Zélie and Louis Martin is 5 minutes away, the basilica and the old streets 7 minutes away by strolling. Everything is within walking distance, once the car is parked right in front, no worries even with a large 8-seater vehicle. We'll keep the address for a future stop in Orne!

Excellent stay in Tours! The apartment is conveniently located, a stone's throw from the train station and the convention center. A supermarket is just on the next street, which is very convenient. The residence is quiet, with an elevator leading directly to the 4th and top floor. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped, and very pleasant, it feels like home right away. A big thank you to Pauline for her responsiveness and flexibility, especially for my late arrival. I recommend it without hesitating!

Very clean accommodation, well located, you can rent the apartment without a second thought. everything matches the photos, I think I'll go back before the end of the year. all the explanations are clear everything is nearby.
