Very pleasant accommodation, cocooning, very well equipped. A very nice garden that we were able to enjoy despite the bad weather thanks to the summer kitchen. Very quiet accommodation, a very nice design, with a hot tub at the top. Thank you and do it again.

great place! I recommend +++ very clean. a beautiful living room dining area for a nice meeting with friends. there were games on site , perfect for fun for the kids, they loved it. a perfect weekend despite the time that was not at the rendezvous!

It was a real pleasure to find such a peaceful and perfect place for a family with very small children. Henri has been an exemplary host, present in every detail to make sure everything goes smoothly. The kids found a dream space, with swing, trampoline, soccer cages, basketball baskets, and so on. They let off the steam and didn't want to come in😁. This stay will remain one of the best Airbnb experiences especially for a family.

Excellent accommodation for groups of if all sizes. Heated pool was great for all times of day. Hosts were responsive and helpful. €200 Euros for early check in was a little expensive but overall it was exactly what we hoped for (group of 21). Would definitely come back here and recommend to anyone.

Accommodation matches the photos perfectly. Rare nowadays on the platform, this is the primary residence of an individual who welcomes visitors himself. Paulo is a very welcoming and warm person. He always responded to all our requests and there were many during our stay. The housekeeping and cleanliness were impeccable. The quiet environment as well as the pool allowed us to recharge our batteries. I would recommend this host without hesitation.

Amazing property and an even more amazing host! The house was spacious, matched the photos, and had stunning valley views from the heated pool. Every bedroom had a shower, and the wellness area with hot tub and sauna was a huge highlight for the family. Great location for walks, bike rides, and shops (less than 10 mins drive or 20-30 mins walk), with Angers just a 25 min drive away. The house was well equipped for families and groups of all ages. Afton, the host, was by far the best we’ve ever had—attentive, responsive, and incredibly helpful. We unfortunately picked up a flat tyre and struggled to find a replacement due to the language barrier and having a particularly rare tyre. She went above and beyond, calling garages, and helping us sort it all out. She negotiated a better outcome for us than our breakdown service! She spent most of a day or longer doing all this for us. She was truly amazing, and helped more than I ever would have expected. Highly recommend both property & host!

Second stay in this beautiful country house, pleasant and very well located, just a short walk to Sablé. The bucolic environment is still peaceful. Comfortable and practical, there are all the amenities you need to have a pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Marc’s place, the home and grounds are beautiful with plenty to do to relax; swim, sunbathe, table tennis, pool! The teens loved it! Great area too with famous chateaux and many cities nearby. Well equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ and well maintained bedroom and living spaces Mark was a wonderful host, couldn’t do enough for us. We will definitely visit again, it’s become a family favourite.

This country house is welcoming and full of history. We enjoyed having space inside and the unusual side of the garden with its cave cave. Quiet because road very little traffic. Hermansia was very attentive and available. A haven of peace in the countryside, sites to discover all around without going very far. Breakfast in front of the ballet des hirondelles in the morning.

Everything is in line with what has been offered. Limit more charming in real life than in photos. Good welcome, good accommodation. Nothing else to say.

Home very close to the Zoo de la Flèche. Great quiet accommodation, very clean, a nice exterior. We only stayed one night but could have stayed for several days without a problem.

We had a pleasant stay for one night while passing through Le Mans. The house had everything we needed. The location is very peaceful and a short drive to Le Mans centre. Check in was flexible. We stayed in Karine's house on Easter weekend and felt "at home "...everything was perfect. The area is very quiet and shops are close by. Karine is a very friendly, welcoming host with nice touches upon arrival (drinks, small cakes...) The accommodation is comfortable and very well equipped (according to the photos and description) Decorated with great taste. Great place. I would would definitely recommend.

Jonathan and Maeva's cottage 1 zegarden is a real haven of peace... a cozy little corner, surrounded by nature, peaceful and relaxing. Our hosts were super caring, available and friendly both by message and "in real life". This is a beautiful place that we highly recommend and where we will surely come back during a future getaway in the area.
