Agréable studio situé en plein centre du Mans, proche gare et circuit (10mn en transport en commun ou voiture), au pied du tramway. Composé d'une pièce de vie/chambre, une cuisine et une salle de bain. Places de parking disponibles à 2mn en transport, 5mn à pieds. Proche de toutes commodités. Nous aimons remettre les clés à nos voyageurs en mains propres. Néanmoins, après 20h, ces dernières peuvent être récupérées dans la boîte à clés. Linge de lit fourni. Serviette 5€ en supplément.

In a bourgeois house built in 1884, on the 2nd floor without elevator access, apartment refurbished with care, sufficiently equipped so that only your clothing bags are enough.
