Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Accommodation capacity: 9 adults, 1 child, and 3 babies (extra bed and 3 baby cots available upon request).

La Terrasse du Loir gîte 3 km from La Flèche Zoo

Welcome to La Terrasse du Loir, a 115 m² cottage open since 2021, ideally located by the Loir and about 3 km from the La Flèche Zoo. The property can accommodate up to 12 people: 10 people in the four bedrooms and two additional beds in the living room. The gite, the swimming pool, and all outside areas are exclusively reserved for guests. You do not share the pool with the owners or with other vacationers. The entire property is not overlooked.

We are happy to welcome you to the countryside in an old farmhouse converted into a gîte. A friendly place, quiet, with the charm of natural materials. Great for gatherings with family or friends. Pleasant studio located in the center of Le Mans, close to the train station and circuit (10 minutes by public transport or car), at the foot of the tram. Composed of a living room/bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Parking spaces available 2mn by transport, 5mn walk. Close to all amenities. We like to hand over the keys to our guests in person. However, after 8 p.m., they can be picked up from the lockbox. Bed linen provided. Extra towel €5.

Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
