Laura is an amazing host! She gave exact instructions on how to find the hidden away AirBnB. The place was clean and beautiful in a peaceful small neighborhood. Amazing and would absolutely stay here again!!

If you are looking for a peaceful time cuddling very cute cats and breathing fresh air in beautiful surroundings, you are at the right place. We had a great time in the nature and found this little house very homely.

This is, hands down, the BEST place to stay in Orvieto. The view is the best spot in the entire town- no joke. We walked the entire town and not one single view is better. Tourists and locals would walk down to this private area to catch the sunset or marvel at the vineyard views. We knew they were jealous as they saw us open the door right there and go inside. You will also not find a more helpful and gracious host. The streets in Orvieto are VERY NARROW and difficult to navigate but Elisabetta rode eith us in our car to help us park. We had intended on using this as a base for driving around the area but we loved it so much, we left the car parked and just walked the town for two days. Book this now! You will not regret it. It is far better than the photos that don’t do it justice.

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

Frederica was super kind, bubbly, and helpful. The location of this Airbnb is unmatched. It is right across from the beach with amazing restaurants nearby, beautiful views, and privacy and security. We felt very safe and very comfortable here. Our only complaint is that the A/C and Wifi were a bit spotty and you have to pay a separate cash cleaning fee on top of the Airbnb price, but everything else was great. Definitely recommend this place!

This is our third time staying in one of Muna's apartments, and we plan to return again. Great location with incredible views, beautiful sunsets, easy access to stores, restaurants, beaches, and anything else you need. Muna is a very attentive and friendly host.

This place was our favorite in our whole trip. We wished we had so many more days to stay in Cristano's beautiful place! The town itself is so charming, and the house had everything we needed and was close to everything. We are already talking about when we can come back 😊

The location of the apartment was fantastic! Easily walkable to the main attractions in central Rome yet was on a quite street . Loved having the outdoor space to enjoy in the evenings and early mornings. Paolo met us at check in to help with our bags and gave an overview of the apartment. The unit was very secure and we felt comfortable and right at home.

Lovely apartment that looks just like its photos, set in an area where we felt safe. Air conditioner was great which was a plus as it was 36c when I was there. Great showers. A good 8 minute walk to the closest metro station, Barberini, and walking distance to a lot of things. My husband and I made use of e-bikes/e-scooters to save us from the walk in this heat to get to nearby shops and attractions like the Trevi Fountain.

Diana’s place was beautiful! The balcony was wonderful and had amazing views. The bed was very comfortable as I prefer a firmer mattress. Diana’s communication was one of the best I’ve ever had. She answered all of our questions and provided a list of recommendations in the area. The apartment is on the 5th floor but there is an elevator. I would absolutely stay here again in a second!

Wonderful apartment in an excellent location. The neighborhood is walkable to all the major sites (although distance to Vatican recommends itself to an Uber or the train), but is far more peaceful than a hotel adjacent to the most touristy parts of the city. Eva is incredibly responsive and helpful - she even left an adapter for us when ours didn’t work. Her suggestions for local restaurants were great (we highly recommend Broccoletti for dinner and Regoli for pastries and a traditional stand up coffee bar). The apartment itself was terrific and surprisingly quiet.

Spacious and well equipped apartment, large private outside yard, looked just like the pictures, check in was very easy, bus stop outside front door and taxi rank a few metres away 15-20 mins walk to metro but lots to see en route (St Peter’s and/or Castel Saint Angelo) 15-20 mins walk to Trastavere

Paola’s studio apartment is perfect for a couple. The communications from arrival to departure, the location, the amenities and suggestions were spot on. The breakfast treats she left for us were delicious. Unique to Paola’s apartment were travel tips from the apartment to sights of interest in little boards by the door so planning our journeys ended up being really easy. While it is a little out of town, getting around was really easy as the area is well connected with buses, metro and train. Termini was reachable in just over 20 minutes, and Fiumicino was just under an hour away. There are gems of cafes, gelatarias, restaurants etc as well as supermarkets all within a stone’s throw. Our favourites were Il Gelataria, MiMo cafe (both directly opposite the main entrance to the apartment), Pizza chef for award winning pinsere, and Les Amis wine bar for aperitivo. Stefano est un excellent hôte, très accueillant et très réactif. Plein de petites attentions à notre arrivée nous ont fait très plaisir ! Stefano se plie en 4 pour que tout se passe bien, il aime le contact avec ses locataires. Le logement en lui-même est très agréable, très propre et fonctionnel. Le lit est super confortable. Compter 10 minutes pour aller à la gare à pied. Le train nous amène à Termini en 30 minutes environ. Pour un séjour au calme, ne pas hésiter à louer ce bien. Un grand merci à toi Stefano, et à bientôt !

Giuliano and Federica were so flexible, understanding and responsible for us during our initial check in. My wife and I had the unfortunate Roman experience of having our rental car broken into when we parked for lunch, we had to delay our check-in due to having to deal with the rental company and filing a police report. Federica and Giuliano were able to stay for an additional 4 hours for us to welcome us into their wonderful B&B. The location is phenomenal being directly on top of Campo di Fiore, my wife and I were able to walk to everything between the Vatican to the Colosseo, and having access to the most amazing dining experiences Rome had to offer. This place was exactly what I hoped it would be. It's perfect for one or two people who want to be close to the historic center of Rome and near some good restaurants. I heard little outside noise, and I always felt safe in the unit and in the neighborhood. The hosts had cleaned the unit well - I saw no dirt when I arrived. I also used the washing machine and drying rack routinely because clothes get dirty quickly on hot Roman summer days. The hosts treated me with courtesy and respect at all times. I would happily stay here again!

Can’t get any more local than this! Really felt like a Roman staying here! Great area close to Termini and tram stops surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants with truly amazing food! We found ourselves spending more time in our neighbourhood rather than going more central! The apartment was so cute and had everything we needed! Amazing value for money!

Cristiano was an amazing communicator. He gave us thorough check in instructions and also tips for Rome. We stayed in 8 cities all throughout Italy and this was my favorite! So clean and cozy. I loved the bedding and cute kitchen. Cristiano left wine, biscuits, and tea for us!

Simona and her B and B were absolutely lovely. She was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions within moments of us messaging her. The views were also absolutely stunning and the bookshelves added so much character to the already charming home. Will absolutely stay here again next time we're in town! Grazie mille!

Aldo fera parti de nos plus beaux souvenirs de ce séjour à Rome. Depuis que j'utilise Airbnb, c'est la 1ère fois que je rencontre un hôte aussi exceptionnel. Une disponibilité incroyable, de la bienveillance, très réactif sans oublier ses précieux conseils, clés de la réussite de notre 1er séjour à Rome. De plus, sa bienveillance et sa citation "vous êtes en vacances", reflètent une personnalité hors du commun. Le logement est un havre de paix après une journée de promenade où Rome donne mais prend aussi de l'énergie. Tout est pensé pour vivre comme chez soi. Le logement est apaisant et chaleureux. Quartier reculé de Rome, le quartier est vivant mais calme. Tout est à porté de main, les commerces, les restaurants, les bars. Pour les transports, moi qui appréhende le métro, je l'ai utilisé systématiquement avec beaucoup de facilité. La station est à quelques minutes de l'apertement pour rejoindre tous les quartiers à visiter de Rome. Merci Aldo pour tous tes précieux conseils

Francesco war äußerst gastfreundlich, außergewöhnlich zuvorkommend und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gut gelegen und dennoch zentral – perfekte Lage für Erkundungen. Die Kommunikation verlief schnell, herzlich und unkompliziert. Check-in/Check-out waren reibungslos, ein früherer Check-in wurde flexibel ermöglicht. Besonders schätzten wir die kostenlose Kofferverwahrung und die ausführlichen Tipps zur Stadt. Francesco hat sich Zeit genommen, alles erklärt und eine sichere, angenehme Atmosphäre geschaffen. Preis-Leistung absolut top. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt – sehr empfehlenswert und jederzeit gerne wieder!
