If you are looking for a peaceful time cuddling very cute cats and breathing fresh air in beautiful surroundings, you are at the right place. We had a great time in the nature and found this little house very homely.

The Loggia of San Giovenale

JenniferRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This is, hands down, the BEST place to stay in Orvieto. The view is the best spot in the entire town- no joke. We walked the entire town and not one single view is better. Tourists and locals would walk down to this private area to catch the sunset or marvel at the vineyard views. We knew they were jealous as they saw us open the door right there and go inside. You will also not find a more helpful and gracious host. The streets in Orvieto are VERY NARROW and difficult to navigate but Elisabetta rode eith us in our car to help us park. We had intended on using this as a base for driving around the area but we loved it so much, we left the car parked and just walked the town for two days. Book this now! You will not regret it. It is far better than the photos that don’t do it justice.

Frederica was super kind, bubbly, and helpful. The location of this Airbnb is unmatched. It is right across from the beach with amazing restaurants nearby, beautiful views, and privacy and security. We felt very safe and very comfortable here. Our only complaint is that the A/C and Wifi were a bit spotty and you have to pay a separate cash cleaning fee on top of the Airbnb price, but everything else was great. Definitely recommend this place!

PANTHEON CHARMING APARTMENT - LA MINERVA

KellyRating, 5 stars5 days ago
The location of the apartment was fantastic! Easily walkable to the main attractions in central Rome yet was on a quite street . Loved having the outdoor space to enjoy in the evenings and early mornings. Paolo met us at check in to help with our bags and gave an overview of the apartment. The unit was very secure and we felt comfortable and right at home.

Luxury Loft Suite - Via Veneto

DebbieRating, 5 stars1 day ago
Lovely apartment that looks just like its photos, set in an area where we felt safe. Air conditioner was great which was a plus as it was 36c when I was there. Great showers. A good 8 minute walk to the closest metro station, Barberini, and walking distance to a lot of things. My husband and I made use of e-bikes/e-scooters to save us from the walk in this heat to get to nearby shops and attractions like the Trevi Fountain.

Diana's flat with balcony in Trastevere

EricaRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Diana’s place was beautiful! The balcony was wonderful and had amazing views. The bed was very comfortable as I prefer a firmer mattress. Diana’s communication was one of the best I’ve ever had. She answered all of our questions and provided a list of recommendations in the area. The apartment is on the 5th floor but there is an elevator. I would absolutely stay here again in a second!

In the Heart of Rome -Opera Design Apartment

LauraRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Wonderful apartment in an excellent location. The neighborhood is walkable to all the major sites (although distance to Vatican recommends itself to an Uber or the train), but is far more peaceful than a hotel adjacent to the most touristy parts of the city. Eva is incredibly responsive and helpful - she even left an adapter for us when ours didn’t work. Her suggestions for local restaurants were great (we highly recommend Broccoletti for dinner and Regoli for pastries and a traditional stand up coffee bar). The apartment itself was terrific and surprisingly quiet.

La Casina di Ludo....lovely.....

PoornimaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Paola’s studio apartment is perfect for a couple. The communications from arrival to departure, the location, the amenities and suggestions were spot on. The breakfast treats she left for us were delicious. Unique to Paola’s apartment were travel tips from the apartment to sights of interest in little boards by the door so planning our journeys ended up being really easy. While it is a little out of town, getting around was really easy as the area is well connected with buses, metro and train. Termini was reachable in just over 20 minutes, and Fiumicino was just under an hour away. There are gems of cafes, gelatarias, restaurants etc as well as supermarkets all within a stone’s throw. Our favourites were Il Gelataria, MiMo cafe (both directly opposite the main entrance to the apartment), Pizza chef for award winning pinsere, and Les Amis wine bar for aperitivo. We highly recommend Paola’s apartment - a real home from home. It’s the ideal place to kick back after a day of e

Stefano was the best host we have ever had. He picked us up from the train station, greeted us with local fruit & wine, water, milk, coffee, and biscuits. The train station is a short walk away, it is easy to get to the city. We couldnt recommend this highly enough! Please stay here!! You wont regret it. Stefano is the best!

Casa_Dama Color & chic apartment

NingRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Giuliano and Federica were so flexible, understanding and responsible for us during our initial check in. My wife and I had the unfortunate Roman experience of having our rental car broken into when we parked for lunch, we had to delay our check-in due to having to deal with the rental company and filing a police report. Federica and Giuliano were able to stay for an additional 4 hours for us to welcome us into their wonderful B&B. The location is phenomenal being directly on top of Campo di Fiore, my wife and I were able to walk to everything between the Vatican to the Colosseo, and having access to the most amazing dining experiences Rome had to offer. I would love to come back and stay here next time we're back. Grazie Millie.

Suite Marzia Colosseo

VictoriaRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Charming 2nd floor apartment in fantastically convenient location, eg., just a few minutes walk to the Colosseum. The space is cleverly arranged within what was clearly once an elegant old apartment - 3 separate, secure and private quarters with a small shared vestibule /utility. Very simply but tastefully modernised to a high standard - esp shower room & bedroom. We were very thankful to find that it did in fact have an AC unit in the bedroom (vital between May & Sept). Access to the apartment was clear & simple. The apartment exceeded our expectations & we would most definitely recommend it for two/couple of any age (esp older or less mobile as there is an old-style lift, which is useful after a long hot day walking all over Rome) who like to go out to eat. Whilst the “kitchen” has all the essentials, it’s really a large free-standing unit with an integral fridge and 2 stove electric hob, so it’s not really kitted out for cooking. Overall, it was perfect for a long weekend.

Hidden Gem in Rome Center - Steps from Colosseum

VincentRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This place was exactly what I hoped it would be. It's perfect for one or two people who want to be close to the historic center of Rome and near some good restaurants. I heard little outside noise, and I always felt safe in the unit and in the neighborhood. The hosts had cleaned the unit well - I saw no dirt when I arrived. I also used the washing machine and drying rack routinely because clothes get dirty quickly on hot Roman summer days. The hosts treated me with courtesy and respect at all times. I would happily stay here again!
