The place was spacious, including the bedrooms, and very clean. The bathroom was also spotless. The key code entry for both the lobby and the apartment was convenient for everyone in my group. The hosts were responsive to all concerns, and the location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Great location to access central Madrid, great rooftop terrace bar + food, staff were helpful in all areas. Highly recommended.

this was a great location. made it super simple to explore Madrid for the 5 days of our stay. very roomy as well. I would stay there again.

Perfect location, easy to walk to the area with many good restaurants & bars (Chueca), almost on the Gran Via and close to many other sightseeings. Besides that, public transport is almost in front of the door. The appartment itself is not big, but is does with it should do. 3 bedrooms with each 2 separate beds. Note: the matrasses are really good! Also a plus is that the rooms can be made very dark which is helpfull for the ones with sleeping issues. Bathrooms are a bit outdated but all with all we would definitely recommend this appartment.

Wir waren als Gruppe in diesem Apartment mitten in Madrid und hätten es uns nicht besser vorstellen können! Die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar – direkt am Plaza del Sol, sodass wir überall super zu Fuß hinkamen. Cafés, Restaurants, Bars und Sehenswürdigkeiten waren alle direkt vor der Tür. Das Apartment selbst war sauber, gut ausgestattet und perfekt für unsere Gruppe. Genügend Platz für alle, bequeme Betten und ein gemütlicher Gemeinschaftsbereich, wo wir abends zusammensitzen konnten. Auch der Check-in war unkompliziert, und der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung – wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

Location, location, location! It was close to many restaurants, cafes & shops. It was a bit tight for three adults but was not an issue because we spent most of the days being outside exploring. The AC was a huge plus for us on summer hot days!

We are a family of 5 and this was our first stay in Madrid. The apartment was fantastic and had everything we needed. Check in was easy and the Pablo was very pro-active in explaining everything that we needed to do. In fact, we responded immediately to every query we had. The apartment was spotless and had all the appliances needed for short break away - the hot tub was an added bonus! The location is perfect - great for shopping, restaurants, bars and everything was in walking distance! I would definitely recommend!

Compact but cozy studio had everything we needed to explore (and retreat for downtime/rest) from Malasana. Such an energetic area with grocery, bars, restaurants, bakeries close and so many options for all tastes and budgets. We think this is the best area to stay in Centro Madrid and these apartment hotels will be perfect for many travelers! Close to metro stops and easy to navigate. Quiet side street at nighttime. Slept peacefully. Bed was comfy, basic kitchen and washing needs met, bathroom rain shower and towel warming rack were unexpected luxuries. Having management on site for most of the hours was helpful and we felt secure and well supported should we need anything. They let us checkin early but also would have held our bags if needed. Would certainly stay again.
