Manuel‘s appartment is located in the historial center in the middle of Madrid (Malasana), very near to Gran Via, ideal base for trips in the city (Plaza Mayor, Teatro Real). The most important museums (Prado, Thyssen-Bornemisza, Real Academia de Bellas Artes de San Fernando, Reina Sofia, Museo Naval etc.) as well as palaces (Palacio Real & Galeria de las Colleciones Reales, Palazzo Liria) are within walking distance. The appartment itself represents a wonderful and very quite retreat on the 5th floor (with lift !) with a terrace providing an impressive view over the roofs of Madrid. Its interior is just amazing with a wonderful mix of antique as well as modern pieces and pictures. It is very comfortable, perfectly cleaned and provides two bathrooms as well as a very well equipped kitchen. The arrival is perfectly organized. Conclusion: A highly recommended top address for a journey to Madrid!

We feel so fortunate to have stayed at this aptly named Oasis in Madrid! We loved spending time in such a gorgeous home which has been thoughtfully designed down to every detail. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. This home away from home is on a street full of charming cafes and shops that continue into the surrounding, highly walkable neighborhood. Even the rainy days were brightened by the magical courtyard where we did enjoy some sunshine and a peaceful evening lit by the full moon. Iñigo was very helpful -- easy to communicate with from beginning to end.

L'appartamento è piccolo ma estremamente funzionale. Elisabet ha un'attenzione per l'ospite che ho riscontrato poche volte sugli alloggi Airbnb. Dalle piccole gentilezze (cioccolata e frutta di benvenuto) a tutto quello che puo' servire fuori casa (kit essenziali, ago e filo, tovaglioli, libri, carte, etc.). Essendo arrivata la sera tardi, ho molto apprezzato la semplice colazione lasciata in casa! L'appartamento è situato in una corte interna, quindi non si sentono rumori a parte quelli "normali" dei vicini. Per questo motivo è richiesta un'attenzione al rispetto degli orari di silenzio. La finestra è piccolina quindi la camera rimane poco illuminata ma relativamente fresca e senza persone che vedano all'interno. L'appartamento è protetto da un allarme. Nelle vicinanze, c'è un'ampia scelta di ristoranti, caffé e supermercati a prezzo ragionevole.

We had a great stay at Daniele’s place. The location is great and close to all transport links and places of interest. The apartment offers plenty of space and is relaxing and quiet in the heart of the city. Daniele’s communication and instructions were excellent.

Appartement très calme, propre et bien équipé. Proche d'une station de métro avec plusieurs lignes disponibles pour visiter Madrid. Quartier agréable avec commerces et restaurants. Je recommande cet appartement !

Mar est une super hôte, on s'est senti comme dans notre famille. nous avons beaucoup échanger via traducteur et était facile d'échanger. sa maison correspond parfaitement à la description. un plus pour les enfants, il y a un complexe dans la résidence sécurisé jeux pour enfants, foot tennis, piscine, ping pong balançoire. bien.pour petit et grand. Mar donne aussi d'excellents conseils pour les visites et elle s'investit pour le bien être de ses voyageurs. chambre agréable. vous ne manquerez de rien. je vous la recommande vivement si vous aimé l'échange c'est l'endroit parfait. nous y reviendrons sûrement.

While I didn't get to meet Ramón in person, my mom and I were very comfortable in his home for the few days we spent in Madrid. Ramon made it really easy to find the place, do a self-check in, and reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. He also shared some food recommendations with us! This location is very close to Plaza Mayor and Mercado de San Miguel, and is very walkable. While my mom and I stayed there together and were comfortable, I will note that the bedroom is smaller than I expected (even though it matches the photos provided). Additionally, I will also note, there is not much natural light in this apartment, so it can feel pretty dark inside. Lastly, I will mention that despite being so close to so many places in walking distance, this Airbnb is so quiet! It feels very private cozy. Thank you Ramón!

La estancia cumple con el anuncio, la zona es muy tranquila y de fácil acceso. La anfitriona facilita todo y se adapta para que la entrada sea muy sencilla . La habitación cuenta con una bonita terraza y cuenta con todo lo necesario. Todo la casa muy limpia y agradable. El acceso a Madrid es muy sencillo desde la ubicación. Si vuelvo repetiré.

El alojamiento es precioso y, aunque sólo nos quedamos 2 días, dispone de todo lo necesario para estancias más largas. Se nota que se ha decorado y equipado con mucho mimo. Además, Laura, la anfitriona, es encantadora y ha cuidado cada uno de los detalles para que todo sea fácil de usar y sólo pienses en disfrutar de tu viaje. Ha sido un absoluto placer quedarnos en este alojamiento y lo recomiendo muchísimo.

El anfitrión es muy amable, la ubicación es excelente, a 10 min caminando de gran vía, en el barrio hay supermercados y restaurantes cerca, todas las areas comunes del apartamento están limpias, dos baños compartidos de buen tamaño, el único problema es el colchón de la habitación 3, es muy duro, se le sienten los resortes y nos quedamos una semana, deberían cambiarlo, de resto la experiencia fue bastante buena

Cute small house on the outskirts of Madrid. Was overall a very nice place. All amenities were there. Recommended if you are driving as it has easy parking compared to the city center.

Julia una excelente anfitriona,, siempre estuvo muy pendiente de todo. La casa estuvo siempre limpia y ordenada, sin dudas volvería a donde Julia.

El lugar es precioso, tranquilo y con una vista increible. Con mucha pena no pudimos usar la piscina pero estaba frío así que no nos dolió mucho. Sumamente amable y atenta!

José es una persona muy amable, nos recibió muy bien. Durante toda la estancia estuvo al pendiente de nosotras, nos hacía recomendaciones. Nos ayudaba a buscar los mejores precios. Inclusive nos llevó en una ocasión a la estación de tren debido a que no había buses a esa hora. La verdad lo recomiendo mucho si vas solo a dormir y te sales a conocer. Está cerca de la estación de metro 10 que te lleva a todos lados. Si quieres algo a bajo costo esta puede ser una buena opción.

A rare place that fulfils exactly what Airbnb offers. We felt like real guests in Julia's house, almost like close friends. Very clean, spacious, cosy, air-conditioned, everything impeccable, as well as the friendliness of the hostess. 100% recommended

Josy ist ein super netter und aufgeschlossener Host, bei jeglichen Fragen und Problemen sofort zur Stelle und versucht alles mögliche, um die Anliegen der Gäste so schnell wie möglich zu erfüllen. Die Wohnung ist sehr aufgeräumt und kompakt, allerdings nicht sehr zentral gelegen. Wer gerne Abends länger unterwegs ist, sollte damit rechnen ein Taxi/Uber zurück zum Airbnb zu nehmen. Außerdem wichtig zu wissen: Die Wohnung wird mit Josy und z.T. auch weiteren Gästen geteilt, es gibt aber nur ein Badezimmer. Bei uns war das kein Problem, aber man sollte es wissen. Wer eine Unterkunft mit direktem Kontakt zum Host und anderen Gästen sucht, ist bei Josy definitiv an der richtigen Adresse.

El apartamento muy bien mantenido, muy moderno y sobre todo y para nosotros lo más importante, muy limpio. Hay varias opciones para acercarse a Madrid en transporte público. Es una primera opción para alojarse en Madrid. Miguel, en todo mome to disponible para lo que fuera. Muy recomendable

We absolutely loved Francisco’s place in the Salamanca area of Madrid. Such a gorgeous apartment, bright and airy and so roomy for our family. The beds were very comfortable- it was perfect. Super close to great shopping and restaurants and we walked all over the city from this location. Francisco was so communicative and helpful. Yes, there is a construction project adjacent but it never bothered us.

Mary fue siempre muy atenta a nosotros, ella es muy amable y nos hizo sentir agusto durante nuestra estadía. El apartamento está ubicado excelentemente, ideal tener la estación de metro enfrente y con buenas conexiones. La cama estaba muy cómoda y la habitación es confortable.
