Good place for short-term stay. Metro train is really close and bus 200 from and to the airport is 10 minutes walking from the apartment. Really good place if your idea is use it only for sleep and enjoy Madrid walking.

Великолепно! один из лучших апарт-отелей, чисто, уютно как дома и при этом элегантный интерьер хорошего отеля, дружелюбные и отзывчивые девушки на ресепшене, удобная кровать. Нет вида из окна, но расположение всё компенсирует - всё самое интересное в шаговой доступности. Мне всё очень понравилось, обязательно вернусь.

Zona tranquila y bien ubicada. El piso es acogedor y entra bastante luz natural, con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia agradable. Además del buen trato por parte de Olga, amable y atenta a todo lo que necesites. Más que recomendable!

El espacio fue mucho más acojedor que lo que nos imaginábamos, un shopping a pocos metros, restaurantes, zonas muy calmas, las camas te invitaban a dormir un poco más por la comodidad, los baños espectaculares, muy bueno que hubieran dos baños, la verdad que todo esto más la super atención y amabilidad de los dueños hacen que deseemos volver... Fue una excelente elección y no tengo palabras para describir lo genial que pasamos... gracias

Fantásticos anfitriones, se han mostrados muy pendientes de todo, y con instrucciones muy claras. Comunicaciones fáciles y muy rápidas. Muy reactivos ante comentarios de mejora, que a las horas estaban implementados. El piso es cómodo.

El alojamiento de Luz, si bien es pequeño, es perfecto para una estancia turística. La ubicación es su principal atributo, es excelente. La calefacción está en un punto ideal. La comunicación también es algo que agradezco que desde el momento de la reserva fue fácil y práctico. Luz y Altair fueron muy atentas, tardé un poco más del tiempo avisado para llegar por un contratiempo y aún así me estuvieron esperando con buena actitud. Mi única crítica sería tal vez con respecto a la limpieza de los utensilios de cocina, al menos las cosas que usamos tan solo de verlas no se veían muy bien lavadas.

Todo perfecto. Es fácil hablar con Cristina e incluso nos facilitó la entrega de llaves un poco antes de la hora de entrada. Todo estaba limpio.

This was the first time I used AirBnB (April 2025) and Palma set the standard high!! The flat is in a great location, few meters from a metro stop with easy access to the city, close to Santiago Bernabeu Stadium while being in a peaceful and quiet area. I did find checking in a little tricky but Palma was on the phone with me before, during and after to facilitate the process. And any time I ha a question about anything (tv, local hospital, transport etc...), she was quick to respond. She even helped to get us tickets to the Real Madrid match - a magical experience for my kids and me! I highly recommend this flat to anyone visiting Madrid for a few days. Thanks again Palma for everything - you went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable!

Probably the best thought-out Airbnb I've been to so far (from the detailed guidebook for guests over a huge range of bathroom accessories to the luminescent stickers on light switches). Easy and personal check-in and communication. Very quiet since it's facing inside the building. Hosts right next door, so easy to contact when needed.

Estuvimos un mes alojados toda la familia y estamos especialmente contentos por las facilidades ofrecidas por Francisco, que nos facilitó entrada flexible, facilitando llevar maletas previamente para que la entrada y la logística fuera más sencilla con los niños.

This apartment was great! We were a family of 4 adults, 2 children and a baby and had plenty of space. We used the kitchen every day and was perfect for us. Plenty of room for suitcases and a great walking closet. We enjoyed it very much. We would like to come again!

Magnifique appartement, très propre, dans un endroit très calme et proche de Madrid . Propre, tout est fait pour être bien accueilli . Un mercadona se trouve à côté , on peut y aller à pied . À proximité des restaurants ! Je recommande cet appartement ! Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés . Merci encore pour l’accueil, séjour inoubliable pour nous !

We had an amazing time staying at Valeria’s place in Majadahonda. The location for us was ideal to be near several family members, and also in walking distance of the C10 train into Madrid. My family was extremely grateful for the extra towels, spacious bedrooms, tankless water heater, fast WiFi, and ample kitchen amenities. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable and my children felt right at home. Thank you Valeria!!!

I had a great stay at the apartment during my business trip. Everything was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and very well located. The space had everything I needed to feel at home and relax after a long day. Jea was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. Great location, spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Not luxury, but reasonable specification throughout. A little damp and gloomy, with some disturbing street noise, but overall a good experience and would stay again.

Great location, Supermarkt aeound the Corner. The room was Clean and hast private WC/shower. The host helped with lots of information, answered questions right away, even waited for us late night at arrival. Taxi from the airport costs €24 at nicht. We definatwly recommend this place! Thank you, Patricia! We will meet again soo. :)

Cette maison est un enchantement. Située dans un quartier calme et apaisant, elle est en même temps très proche en métro ou en bus de tous les sites à visiter ( Prado, musée Reina Sofia, Palais Royal, parc Retiro...). Tout y est pensé pour le bien-être et la douceur de vivre. Dans un style industriel magique, Gustavo a réussi un petit miracle de beauté et d'originalité. Le confort est total: lits, serviettes de bain , cuisiné... Nos trois petits enfants ont été émerveillés par la salle de sport et le jardin. Et que dire de la gentillesse et de l'accueil de Gustavo et Thanh? Jamais, dans aucun airbnb, nous n'avions été reçus ainsi... Gentillesse, cordialité, efficacité, ainsi qu'un superbe bouquet de fleurs pour notre anniversaire de mariage ! Cette maison restera gravée dans notre mémoire, c'est le plus bel airbnb où nous ayons séjourné...

Cute small house on the outskirts of Madrid. Was overall a very nice place. All amenities were there. Recommended if you are driving as it has easy parking compared to the city center.
