Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Lavapiés, Centro

I was lucky enough to find Maria's space a few days before a trip to Madrid for a wedding, and what can I say, this is such a cute spot! You walk in and instantly feel at home with the amount of charm the apartment has. Great walkability to local restaurants, stores, etc. not to mention close adjacency to the park is a major plus for a peaceful summer evening walk. Would absolutely recommend anyone else traveling to Madrid to stay here, Maria has set her place up to make you feel welcome and have anything you need to have a memorable trip. Gracias Maria!

The apt was plenty spacious for our group of 5 + kids, and was in a great area of town for walking/exploring. Having an entrance right on the street was lovely as well. Would definitely stay here again and recommend others to do the same!

Zona tranquila y bien ubicada. El piso es acogedor y entra bastante luz natural, con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia agradable. Además del buen trato por parte de Olga, amable y atenta a todo lo que necesites. Más que recomendable!

Perfectly located with access to the Madrid subway nearby. Mostly quiet. Available restaurants and grocery nearby. Price value is good.

Que puedo decir : lugar excepcional, el apto es precioso, tiene todo lo que necesita y más. Muy nuevo y limpio. El anfitrión fabuloso, siempre atento y servicial. Lo único que lamento, es no haberme podido quedar más tiempo. El bus para en la puerta y llegar al centro es muy fácil. Gran súper y otros mercados muy cerquita, inclusive con comidas prontas y postres de novela. Qué más decir???, GRACIAS, GRACIAS, GRACIAS, por permitirnos vivir en su propiedad, aunque no más sea por pocos días.

Estancia excelente en la casa de Jorge! La casa es muy bonita, cómoda y acogedora. La limpieza es impecable, todo estaba perfectamente ordenado y con un olor maravilloso. Los sábanas tenían un aroma muy agradable que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más especial. La cocina estaba impecable y equipada con todo lo necesario. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo lo que necesitábamos. Además, Jorge estuvo siempre muy pendiente, respondiendo rápidamente a todas nuestras dudas y asegurándose de que tuviéramos todo lo que necesitábamos. ¡Todo fue perfecto, sin duda volveremos a hospedarme aquí!”

we hebben genoten van het appartement en van Madrid. Het is in het centrum en alles is dichtbij. je kunt bij het appartement niet echt buiten zitten, maar er zijn genoeg terrasjes in de buurt en prachtige parken. Alfredo reageerde snel en adequaat. ook met de grote stroomstoring! 😉. voor herhaling vatbaar

Estuvimos un mes alojados toda la familia y estamos especialmente contentos por las facilidades ofrecidas por Francisco, que nos facilitó entrada flexible, facilitando llevar maletas previamente para que la entrada y la logística fuera más sencilla con los niños.

The apartment was lovely and spotlessly clean. There is a swimming pool but sadly it didn't open for another week. The host was really helpful and friendly. My flight was late so it was almost 2am by the time I got to him. He waited patiently and showed me into the flat personally. I had lost a mobile charging cable en route and my phone was very low so he lent me one for the duration of my stay. He sent me a message the next day to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything. Lovely guy and lovely apartment! Thank you.

I highly recommend this Airbnb! The location is absolutely perfect — close to everything you might need, whether you’re exploring the city or just want convenient access to shops and restaurants. The apartment is incredibly roomy and comfortable, which made a huge difference during our stay. It felt more like a home than a rental. Everything we needed was provided — from kitchen essentials to extra towels. If you’re looking for a place that’s well-located, spacious, and fully equipped, this is the one. Would definitely stay here again!

Todo bien. Camas comodisimas. Lo unico que echamos en falta fueron bolsas de basura, pero por lo demas genial.

S il y avait une note au dessus de 5 nous l aurions mis ! L appartement parfait ! Piscine privée et piscine de l immeuble, salle de sport , parking , 2 superbes terrasses le tout très bien équipé enfin un véritable Airbnb de qualité ! Ramon nous a donné d excellentes adresses pour déjeuner en attendant l heure d arrivée, a été arrangeant pour nous laisser partir un peu plus tard ! Nous comptons bien revenir très vite

Rafael's place was perfectly located on a quiet street in a vibrant neighborhood. Great location for exploring the city. Rafael was responsive and communicative. The house was exactly as described. We'd stay again.

La habitación es tal y como se describe. Está literal al lado del estadio Metropolitano. Todo muy bien. Patricia muy simpática y comunicativa

Our stay at Frederic’s place was awesome. Everything is just the same as on the pics. It is a perfect match for co-living even though there were 9 of adults. There are a lot of common spaces to spend time together. As well as bbq and swimming pool. Frederic was very helpful and supported us on every question and request, even brought us extra blankets when we asked. Highly recommend to stay at Fredric’s place and very grateful for the hospitality.

I had a great stay at Basyar's place. I'd just been running a large event in Madrid and therefore needed some peace and quiet and it delivered exactly that. its out of the main hustle and bustle of Madrid which may not suit everyone but for me it was perfect. I particularly loved the terrace and small pool which is a rare find and the sun shone so I was able to make the most of it. The property is a 20-30 mins drive outside of central Madrid (depending on time of travel) but this was fine for me. I didn't take public transport or really research the local area but found a small shop round the corner which was sufficient for my needs. Basyar was really responsive when I had questions and was very accommodating when I had to extend my check-out time. I will definitely return.

Sergio es un anfitrión sumamente atento, el piso está inmejorable. Lo mejor de este piso es su ubicación, a 20-30 minutos tienes sol, plaza mayor, gran vía etc. Sin duda, ir a esta vivienda porque a nivel de piso es un 10 y su localización de 10.

Un appartamento perfetto, con tutto il necessario per soggiornare a Madrid. La stazione della metro è molto vicina e ci sono alimentari, bar e ristoranti a pochi passi. Da apprezzare anche il parco bellissimo con pista ciclabile, illuminato anche di notte. Disponibilità impeccabile degli host. Se torno a Madrid, sicuramente sceglierei nuovamente questo alloggio.
