Penthouse with terrace in the heart of Madrid. Ideal for couples. Brand New Kitchen and independent bathroom. Living room overlooking the terrace and bedroom downstairs, you do NOT have to climb stairs to be in the bedroom. The stairs inside the house lead to a attic space and it is not advisable to climb for safety. A lot of light at home. All spaces are exterior and with windows. On the terrace there are plants and it is very nice and relaxing. You can walk to all the emblematic places.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Giorgio war toll! Die Wohnung ist besonders schön eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Airbnb hat eine perfekte Lage in einem tollen Viertel mit vielen Bars, Cafés und Restaurants. Giorgio war ein sehr freundlicher und angenehmer Gastgeber.

Nos encantó el piso. La ubicación es ideal, muy cerca de la estación, así que movernos por la ciudad fue muy fácil. Azucena fue súper atenta, nos dio todas las indicaciones para llegar y estuvo disponible para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. El apartamento es pequeño, pero tiene todo lo necesario: cocina equipada, productos de aseo, cosas para desayunar y, además, estaba muy limpio. También tuvo el detalle de dejarnos tarjetas y un mapa del metro, lo que nos vino genial. Además, nos permitió quedarnos un poco más el último día porque nuestro viaje era más tarde. ¡Totalmente recomendable, sin duda volveríamos!

Live in Luxury in the Center of Madrid

My wife and I stayed here for four days during my business trip to Madrid. The location was perfect for both of us. It was in the heart of La Latina, an easy cab ride for me to business meetings and walking distance to Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, Gran Via and other notable parts of the city center. Lots of restaurants, shops and small convenience stores around the block (to buy water, drinks, an adapter, etc.) We also arrived on Sunday and had front door access to the oldest and largest flea/antique market in Madrid. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and modern. It was convenient to have two bathrooms, lots and lots of closet space and access to kitchen appliances (coffee machine) and even the washer. There’s an exercise bike and USB-C chargers (with charging outlets on both sides of the bed). The booking and check-in/out process was seamless and the manager (Jose Maria) provided excellent local tips and recs. Highly recommended!

We have a wonderful stay at Roni’s apt. Everything was as described, perfect space for our family of 3, great communication, WiFi worked well too. The terrace is beautiful! The neighborhood had everything we needed and we mostly walked everywhere, as we had great weather during our stay. Would definitely recommend Roni’s apt and would hope to stay there again.
