A nice apartment located in the heart of Madrid, a few steps away from areas such as PLAZA DE ESPAÑA, GRAN VIA, Malasaña. Countless services and leisure activities in the area. You can walk around the entire center and not get bored for a single day. If you want the subway, you have lines 3 and 10 as well as 2, 4 and 6. At the apartment's entrance, there is a spray with alcohol, sanitizing gel, and an ozone generator. We can all fight Covid. 4G Wifi. We live there and when we travel we rent it out so that you can enjoy Madrid

Is a penthouse, has a tinny bathroom, separate small kitchen, quite big bedroom with 1,35 x 1 90 size bed, small living room with sofa & terrace. Is spotless, tidy, freshly painted with good maintenance. It has been renovated in August 2023. Very cosy, bright, good energy, quiet and very simply place.
