Monthly Rentals in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria - Cuenca del Guiniguada

Me and my partner stayed for 2 weeks to work remotely and have fun. The appartment is beautiful, very sunny with a great view and has every amenity for someone that wants to live and work from there. Also Ana is an amazing and super friendly host :)

Everything went great at this place. The location is excellent and the surroundings are peaceful, even though the area was lively. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you need, so it was also effortless for a long-term stay. The host carefully instructed all the practicalities, was friendly and easy to reach. we'll give you a full score, and we'll be back.

The Monica's and David's place is located in a quite street very close to the amazing cathedral church of Arucas. The apartment was exactly as described, with easy access thanks to precise instructions we received prior to our arrival, and a free parking spot at the street level. Inside, everything was perfectly clean, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, and even some basics for breakfast in place (tea, coffee, sugar, spices etc...). Both Monica and David were always quick to answer all questions and gave us a handful of useful directions and advices. What's more, there is also a very interesting tourist guide they've produced for their guests on the table! In general, highly recommended place: 5/5 - gracias Amigos!

We had a problem at the accommodation and they knew how to solve it perfectly, airbnb did not take care of it but the host was excellent in helping us. He answered us in a timely manner and looked for all kinds of solutions for us.
