Great location with private parking space (as the area is busy this is truly valuable). Mauro communicated proactively and well upfront, he waited for us upon arrival. Check in was flexible. Great apartment with all you need at hand. Only downside was the lack of sunshine on the balcony (and because of the wind we could hardly enjoy it, but the weather cannot be controlled of course). We had a really nice time and can surely recommend this place!
