very well equipped apartment, very clean, with amazing views. Parking space is an undeniable bonus. The location makes it easy to radiate all over the island. We had a pleasant stay. Thank you to Dahiana for her very clear explanations to find the apartment and her responsiveness to our questions .

Although the van was quite old and a bit noisy, it did its job very well and we managed to get around the whole island without a hitch. Andrei was very kind and helpful. We recommend it for an authentic adventure in Tenerife!

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The apartment is very nice with a great terrace with beautiful views of the bay of El Médano! We would definitely come back!

The room was as stylish and clean as pictured.The host was also friendly and helpful.The sea was right in front of you, and the sunset was very beautiful from the window.There was plenty of parking space, so I didn't have any problems.I'd love to stay again next time I come.

We have just returned from a week staying at this property. From initial enquiry - check out Ruth was very friendly , helpful and available if needed. Ahead of going we received clear video instructions for collecting the key / entering the property and information about the apartment itself. As well as links to local attractions/ restaurants. The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood with views of the mountain. It was a clean place with all the things you would need for a stay. Even little pots of olive oil which came in very handy ! The building has a lift which is very helpful especially with cases. Ruth recommended we took a taxi to the apartment as it's a bit hard going with cases. We took a bus and she was right it was a bit of a hill arriving but the bus stop is just a few mins away which is very convenient from the airport. It also was only 10-15 mins walk to the beach / shops and restaurants. We also particularly enjoyed the restaurant "k-vegan" which was local !

We have just returned from a wonderful stay in Julio’s apartment. The location for us was perfect and we found the complex and pool area very clean and peaceful, plenty of sun-beds available throughout the day. The apartment itself was very clean with a terrace overlooking the pool. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was a bonus when we needed it. Within walking distance to many bars and restaurants, you are spoilt for choice! Julio was very responsive when we needed any help or recommendations, he is a wonderful host. So much so that we have already booked to return next year!

Great apartment. Great Sea view. 12th floor but lift very reliable. Good Supermarket near by. Short costal walk into the centre of Los Cristianos. Large Bedroom. Very clean with everything you need.

Javier was hands down one of the best hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay with. He‘s always quick to reply, caring, friendly and just such a positive person. His apartment features an unmatchable view, basically straight from heaven - you wake up and fall in love with what you see. I‘m also in love with the small details like binoculars to enjoy the view even more. Javier even messages us around the time of arrival, welcoming us, which I think is a really kind gesture and shows that he’s indeed a caring host! He was also quick to provide us some restaurant recommendations :) Parking is totally fine, you park on the street in front of the building - walking distance is between 2-5 minutes depending on how lucky you got while looking for a parking spot. Last but not least, we were also offered to check out late, which perfectly matched our plans :) We’ll 100% come back and stay here again, thank you so much Javier!

We were met with a very warm welcome by the hostess when we arrived at this great place situated in a very nice secure apartment community. The apartment itself is exactly as described. The place is spotlessly clean, has been renovated recently and has everything in it you would ever need, a real ‘home from home’. Location is excellent, spar supermarket only 1 minute walk, plenty restaurants and beaches only a few more minutes away. The communal pool was great with many beds always available. The hosts are great, previously mentioned the warm welcome when we arrived and also the communication and flexibility from Miguel throughout has been excellent. Excellent accompaniment and hosts, thank you for our stay, we have already recommended to other family members.

My father-in-law had a great time in Angie's place. It was his first time using Airbnb on his own and said the property was great, as described, and check in/out was simple and straightforward. Great location. He was a bit nervous about his first solo Airbnb adventure, but was put at ease with how responsive Angie had been, thank you!

Very nice, clean, well-equipped and quiet place to stay in a great location. Good starting point for a variety of activities, whether beach or active vacation. Flexible check-in or out. Migle is very friendly, helpful and easy to reach. Everything is tip-top, I'd love to come back!

Natalya is such a wonderful host . The studio was perfect for us . Minutes from the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. The balcony has a lovely view of the bay with morning sun . Everything in the studio is of excellent quality , the towels , the bed linen and furnishings . Natalya answered all my queries promptly and was so caring and helpful. We had a super time and would love to return .

Great location with private parking space (as the area is busy this is truly valuable). Mauro communicated proactively and well upfront, he waited for us upon arrival. Check in was flexible. Great apartment with all you need at hand. Only downside was the lack of sunshine on the balcony (and because of the wind we could hardly enjoy it, but the weather cannot be controlled of course). We had a really nice time and can surely recommend this place!

We found the house to be very clean, corresponding to the photos, and the owner was very helpful even before we arrived at the house. The apartment is located in a strategic position, a stone's throw from the sea and full of restaurants and shops nearby. The house has all the necessary amenities to make you feel at home. If I were to go back to Tenerife, I would definitely go back to this apartment.

Tullio’s place was one of our best Airbnbs. He’s an experienced host and it shows. First, the place is located in an excellent location near the beach and restaurants but also very quiet. The bedroom is set back from the living room so one could be in the kitchen or watching tv and not bother the other. The kitchen had everything we needed to make multiple meals at home. We enjoyed opening the bedroom window and patio door to get a nice breeze and natural light. The washing machine (which had detergent supplies) was very easy to use and the drying rack in sun on the patio made it quick to get everything dry. To top off a great stay, Jullio picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. Oh and don’t forget to lift the bed up for the secret spot hiding beach chairs, umbrellas and games! Highly recommend!

The property was very modern and immaculately clean. Very well equipped kitchen and bathroom with lovely outdoor pool. There is a lift in the building with wheelchair access. It's only drawback is it on a hill but we didn't find this a problem. We had a wonderful time here.

Was a very nice place to stay, the host was always available and was accommodating. Changing linens + towels was theoretically no problem. The apartment was very clean. There were otherwise no incidents, the balcony is a bit loud due to the street, but quiet when you close all the doors. The promenade is within walking distance in 3-4 minutes. In conclusion, I would say everything was good - very good and would come back anytime.

A great place I stayed at for slightly over three weeks for wokration. Its great location is perfect for such activity - the beach with restaurants and shops are in walking distance: for example, the beach is only two-three minutes away, which is perfect because you can have a swim before the first work meeting in the morning 😀 The only bit that I’d highly recommend to fix is the bathroom: its shower corner is covered by mold and the paint on the ceiling is peeling and flocking off. Additionally, I’d suggest to upgrade the internet connection plan and router to increase the bandwidth from 50mbps to at least 100mbps and get a better router to use ensure stable connection of 3+ devices. Apart from that, everything was great - I highly recommend the flat!
