Placed in a quiet historical pedestrian street, you could visit walking the old part of the city and also one of our most popular commercial streets. The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a privileged space within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. A spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

Bright, cosy and fully equipped. On the top floor with lift, just steps away from Las Canteras Beach, its iconic seafront promenade and Parque Santa Catalina. In an area with local life, shops, restaurants and bus stops with good airport connections. Perfect for jogging by the sea, surfing, snorkelling or paddleboarding. Bedroom with 1x2m hotel-style beds, kitchen, sofa bed, 1000 Mb Wi-Fi, A/C, washing machine, dryer and two 55” Smart TVs. Everything ready for you to enjoy.

Romantic cave with terrace and sea views

Relax in this unique and tranquil place and enjoy romantic togetherness at sunset and a glass of wine. The spectacular view of the valley (Barranco de Anzoe) of the sea up to Mount Teide on Tenerife is hard to beat. The approximately 45 m² cave with annex is more than 100 years old and was brought back to life in the summer of 2022 and lovingly renovated as a vacation home. The comfortable amenities leave almost nothing to be desired (note: Wi-Fi available, NO TV!! ;-)

Seafront beach house in Agaete - Gran Canaria

Medium-size beach house in the charming and peaceful fishermen village of Agaete (north-western coast of Gran Canaria). The house is placed on the seafront, was totally renovated internally at the beginning of 2014 and designed interiorly as one single open space. From its great terrace you can enjoy fascinating views of the beach and mountains. It is one of the most gifted and demanded properties in the area, where a great holiday is guaranteed any time of the year.

Casa Catina is located in the village of Huerta del Barranco, in the natural park of Tejeda, Gran Canaria. The village has recently been nominated by “(SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)” as the first of the seven rural wonders of Spain. With its volcanic scenery, the impressive nearby rock faces Bentaiga and Nublo, and many different varieties of subtropical plants, it benefits from a truly unique natural setting, ideal for relaxing and for many outdoor activities.
