Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. There used to be two per property. The cows' part is now the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The goats and the donkey were housed in the other rooms that are now the bedrooms, and the current bathroom was the place where the grass was deposited for the rest of the day, as it was usually picked in the morning.

You can sleep, do yoga, play piano or simply wander around the tiny streets of this jewel of Gran Canaria.

Romantic cave with terrace and sea views

Relax in this unique and tranquil place and enjoy romantic togetherness at sunset and a glass of wine. The spectacular view of the valley (Barranco de Anzoe) of the sea up to Mount Teide on Tenerife is hard to beat. The approximately 45 m² cave with annex is more than 100 years old and was brought back to life in the summer of 2022 and lovingly renovated as a vacation home. The comfortable amenities leave almost nothing to be desired (note: Wi-Fi available, NO TV!! ;-)

Seafront beach house in Agaete - Gran Canaria

Medium-size beach house in the charming and peaceful fishermen village of Agaete (north-western coast of Gran Canaria). The house is placed on the seafront, was totally renovated internally at the beginning of 2014 and designed interiorly as one single open space. From its great terrace you can enjoy fascinating views of the beach and mountains. It is one of the most gifted and demanded properties in the area, where a great holiday is guaranteed any time of the year.

Negative things of the house: in the living room there is traffic noise and the 2ª room is connected to the master bedroom. If that is not a problem for you, you will have a great stay. The house is spectacular for a couple. It's an amazing accommodation. Not appreciating its amplitude in the photos. It has all the comforts. The house was built in 1912 by Mr. Alejandro Hidalgo y Romero, who made his fortune in Cuba. The building is an excellent example of the Modernist or Art Nouveau style of Las Palmas from the early 20th century. Our grandfather acquired the building in 1946, and it has been the family home ever since. We have tried to preserve the essence and flavor of the old days and combine it with new amenities. We hope you enjoy it!
