El apartamento ocupa la tercera planta de una típica casa mediterránea, (no ascensor), por lo que es ideal para gente activa. El pequeño apartamento, de 30 m2, con capacidad máxima para 2 huéspedes, cuenta con los siguientes espacios: - dormitorio con cama doble grande Queen (150 x 200), para garantizar un buen descanso, luces LED, con vistas al mar y salida a la terraza exterior. El espacio cuenta con 2 lámparas de lectura y armario con espejo. -La pequeña terraza exterior, de 5 m2, cuenta con vistas al mar, al puerto de pesca y al Parque Natural de la Serra d´Irta. Dispone de mesa y sillas para disfrutar de una copa de vino, un desayuno o comida al exterior, disfrutando del agradable atardecer sobre el Mediterráneo. - Cocina equipada (placa de inducción, microondas, cafetera, batidora, nevera, tostadora...) y sus utensilios de cocina. Dispone de los condimentos básicos para cocinar, así como té, mermeladas de cortesía e infusiones. También hay papel de cocina, bayeta, detergente y estropajo para lavar los platos, evitando así los inconvenientes y el costo de realizar esta compra básica. - Comedor con su mesa comedor, sillas cómodas, TV pantalla plana y salida al balcón exterior que da a la Calle Mayor, una zona muy pintoresca. - Cuarto de baño con plato de ducha y mampara. Se proporcionan artículos de tocador, como el gel de ducha, champú, acondicionador, jabón de manos y secador de cabello. Contamos con WiFi alta velocidad de fibra óptica (1000 Mbps), lo que permitirá permanecer conectado o trabajar de forma remota sin problemas. El apartamento dispone de un sistema de A/C de calidad por conductos (4000 frigorías) y calefacción, garantizando una excelente estancia tanto en invierno como en verano. Se comparte hasta con un máximo de 2 apartamentos. También hay plancha y tabla de planchar en el apartamento. El código de acceso para obtener las llaves (buzón de llaves en la puerta) se comunicará cuando el formulario de registro esté completado y el alojamiento esté ya en perfectas condiciones para la entrada de los nuevos huéspedes, es decir, siempre el mismo día de la llegada.
