Lake side cabin rentals in Lake Namakagon

This was a short trip for my wife and 6 y/o son to experience the Northwoods. They are hooked and cant wait to come back again. The accommodations were excellent. Only thing i would ask for would be satellite tv.. A plus in our book.. Tha k you for everything and for sharing your cabin..

We had a great stay at this little cabin! Amazing location, super quiet and peaceful, and the hosts went out of their way to make sure we had clear directions for navigating the backroads. Google Maps did bring us right to the front door, but it was helpful to have a heads up about the directions ahead of time!

Kevin's place was perfect in every way! The Homestead cabin had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable and the perfect size for us. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit family!

Brandi's place was perfect for Birkie weekend. A little bit of a drive to the course and events, but not too bad. The cabin was as advertised and Brandi was very responsive and a great host.

Our large three-generation family group had plenty of room to comfortably spread out between the somwhat dated but clean, homey cabins. What worked out great for us was that the three families with children ages 1-12 and earlier wake up times were able to use the larger space while the smaller cabin accomodated the couples without children and allowed a bit of liesurely vacation sleep-in time. We prepared and ate our communal meals in the larger kitchen and spread beyond the big table to plentiful seating on the large deck. The view from the deck was lovely and the walk to the lake and dock easy going for all ages. We swam every day either from the sandy, pebbly entry to the water or from jumping off the dock and swimming out to the swim pad. The water was clean and relatively free of weeds close in to the dock area. The lake was peaceful and we made plenty of use of the pontoon, canoe and sit-on kayak, caught fish, and never felt crowded. Katelyn was super to work with.

Love coming here in winter to get away around the holidays. We always make one big family meal and the wide kitchen is perfect for many cooks in it! Great, dog-friendly bar nearby to play pool as well.

We love this place! The location is great for hunting, fishing and snowmobiling. We will make this our go to place for future trips when available.

This cabin is perfect! It is cozy and clean! The hosts have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Everything from the fire pit in front to the many board games on the front porch! We loved just hanging out at the cabin. The beds were super comfortable and the linens crisp and clean! My only wish is that we could have stayed longer!

This is our second time staying here- once again an overall great experience. Cash is a helpful and communicative host. This place was perfect for ice fishing/snowshoeing and family time.

It’s nice cabin fun place to spend a few days and relax

This is a large, beautiful, well equipped, well kept, extremely clean place with lots of amenities. Carolyn was quick to respond to any questions and concerns. The nearby town of Birchwood has a few restaurants and a small grocery store. About 30 minutes from the Ice Age trail segments in the blue Hills/Tuscobia area.

This cabin was beautiful, relaxing, serene surroundings. We were visiting family, so it was perfect. A nice escape after the businest of the holiday. It is extremely well stocked. We did not run out of anything. I can not say enough good things about this AirBnB. We are considering coming back next fall and definitely will check availability at this AirBnB first.

We loved staying here ! Beautiful area! Drove to the boat landing not far away to enjoy a day of ice fishing!

Cherri is very responsive which was much appreciated. The place was a little hard to find at no fault of the owners, but once we did we were set for the week. We had a boat lift to use which was a value add for us. There are several stairs down to the lake but the view at the top is gorgeous. Great restaurants to boat and the sand bar is not far to boat the grandkids out to enjoy the lake. Our dog was right at home too. Thank you Cherri and Paul for your place for the week, we had a very nice time.

🍁 The cabin was a perfect choice for us to stay. We had everything we needed in the cabin. All we had to bring with us with our bare minimums and personal items. The scenery was beautiful, and the weather ended up being perfect. We definitely can’t wait to come back again for a vacation! ❤️

We had a great experience. The house appeared to be new. We were staying there off-season and would love to go back when we could use the lake. Three bedroom and three bathroom was great for everyone. Will definitely keep this place in mind the next time we visit the Hayward area.

Eric meet us when we arrived and gave us a review of his property. We had 5 vehicles with our UTV trailers and there was plenty of room. The home was spotless and we found it easy to find everything we needed in the kitchen. Plenty of towels with very clean bathrooms. The gas grill does need some attention. We ended up getting some charcoal and grilling on the 2 other grills instead. There was 6 couples and we all said we would want to come back here again!! Thanks for your hospitality.

Very nice location, house is very clean, quiet, and has anything you may need. Close to town and restaurants. There was plenty of room for our family. Didn't have time to check out the ice for fishing but would definitely go back.

We enjoyed the cute house so much. Very clean, nice beds, it had many thoughtful items for us such as extra kitchen items and blankets, tea and coffee, salt and pepper. Great location by the lake. We were there in early November and had great weather but still too chilly to use patio or grill. It would be great to be there in different weather to use outside stuff. Lots to do and easy to get around. Great stay all the way around. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was as described and perfect for our needs. Amanda checked in regularly and I have no doubt that she would have been responsive if we encountered any issues. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay! David was a great host. We had our dogs Cal and Mable along for the trip. Cal and Mable made a new friend Davids dog Jack. Jack was such a sweetheart. Good times were made playing in the lake and sitting around the campfire. I highly recommend.
