Seeley Oaks A-Frame | Couples Winter Getaway

This is a cabin-in-the-woods experience! The Seeley Oaks A-Frame is our slice of the peaceful Northwoods experience. It's on 40 private, tranquil acres (no neighbors!) with great access to all the Hayward-Cable area has to offer. It's small - intended for two adults, with the option of 2 addtl kids. Norrsken Scandinavian Cottage

The guest cottage is painted to resemble a Scandinavian retreat. Complete with separate bedroom, extra fold-out sofa queen bed, kitchenette, wood burning stove, WiFi (the best we can find but not great!!!) and large television (DirecTV), it is a great getaway for a couple or a family. Owners live on property if you need anything. If you are a bit adventurous, we can put up a tent right next to Lake Superior. The entire property is smoke free. Several other lakes, including Lake Namekagon and Lake Owen, are nearby for your boating and fishing pleasure.

Cozy Fireplace in a Northwoods Tiny House

Deer Haven is a tiny house (192 sq feet) located in my backyard, overlooking acres of woodland. The space is small and simple. Get to the queen bed in the sleeping loft by climbing the ladder. Bathroom has a toilet and stock tank shower. The kitchen has basic amenities - fridge, microwave, hot plate, griddle, dishes, etc. Best spot in the house is on the couch, where you can see the fireplace and the gorgeous woods out the patio door.

Brule River Cabin -Boxcar Hole

****New gazebo on the River*** Brule River Cabin is a two-bedroom plus a loft located right on the famous Brule River. It’s also located on the Box Car Hole, an excellent fishing spot. Canoes are available from Brule River Cabin Rental. The cabin is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and groups of up to 8 people.
