Our stay at the Lily Pad Lodge was phenomenal. Beautiful property, great amenities, and Kristin was a fantastic host. We were in town for the Winman Enduro and this made a fantastic home base of operations and a peaceful retreat after a day of racing. Highly recommended.

Kaylee was a wonderful host and her cottage was everything I hoped for and more! it was cozy, quite, and I felt right at home. It felt like visiting your grandma's house with darling wall art and friendly colors. I stayed the weekend with some family and we all enjoyed having everything we needed right there and plenty of space for everyone to have some privacy when wanted but lots of space to socialize in the living areas too. Theres only a couple restaurants and shopping options nearby but If you love outdoors and want somewhere away from the busy world like i did it's perfect. there's lots of parks, trails, and sightseeing options within a very reasonable distance. I imagine in the summer there's even more to do, and my family has already discussed if we travel that way again Kaylees cozy cottage is our first pick to stay at!

Beautiful place in the Northwoods!!! Our family of 9 had a wonderful family reunion at the place on the lake. We had beautiful views of the lake every morning with our coffee, and peaceful evening's by the fire. Comfortable beds, hot water, and nice dock to fish off at night. We loved our stay!!! Would definitely consider booking again in the future.

It was our second time staying at the cabin, we love the secluded location and beautiful views. 15 min drive to ski hill and also quick 15 min drive to local grocery store and coffee shop. We appreciated the well stocked and marked kitchen, spacious living room and basement. This time it was a short trip so we didn’t get a chance to take advantage of the sauna and all the amenities but we are already looking forward to our next stay in a few months.

Torch Lake Retreat- Swimming, fishing, ATV trails!

Everything was clean and the view of the lake was beautiful. Kitchen had everything we needed, and it was great to have laundry facilities on site. We also went to a couple of great restaurants in the area. We'd recommend the Eagle Waters Resort restaurant and the Friendship House restaurant (in Eagle River.) It was very quiet and there was very little light pollution. One night was very clear and I saw the Milky Way and some shooting stars. Great place to take your dogs. Two indoor crates are provided and the sofas already had fur covers on them. I can imagine it's also a great place if you don't have dogs, but why would you want to live like that? Be aware that the beds are a little high; this might be important if you are not very tall. I'm 5'7" and the master bed came just above my waist. The queen bed was maybe 6-8" lower.

Todd was very helpful with everything to do with snowmobiling. we had a machine break down and he was extremely helpful with finding us a rental as to not lose anytime. house was very nice and close to the trails. kitchen very well stocked to cook our meals. very responsive to questions. we will certainly be back again. perfect location to snowmobile from. Thank you both again for a very wonderful stay at you home. Jon

We loved our stay on Turtle Lake at Lindsey’s place. We had 4 adults and 2 dogs. It was exactly like the photos and descriptions, spotlessly clean kitchen and bathrooms with cozy bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a number of meals. The grill had extra propane just in case. We took advantage of renting their brand new pontoon and enjoyed sunsets on the lake. The property was private and perfect for relaxing with our pups. All of the toiletries, soap, garbage bags, and cleaning supplies were well stocked which made it so easy to enjoy a week long stay without having to run to the store. We will definitely be back and hope to enjoy their home again next year! Thank you Lindsey & Jamie!

We had a great stay at this beautiful home! The place was clean, well-decorated, and in a fantastic location so close to ski. The owner was very kind and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The only downside was an issue with the hot water, which was a bit inconvenient. However, everything else about the stay was wonderful, and we truly appreciated the hospitality.

The cabin was right on a lake with kayaks, paddle boards, and a canoe. The fire pit was located lakeside as well. It was beautiful and peaceful at all hours of the day. Our kids loved it! The house is clean and fully stocked. Perfect space for our family of six. Connections are spotty in the area which allowed us to more readily unplug from the world. Host was communicative and responsive to our questions and gave clear instructions for arrival and departure. Very happy with our decision to stay at this location! Highly recommend.

We know this part of the northwoods well and the cottage on High Lake has everything you need and is a conveniently located in the heart of some of the best paddling, hiking, and skiing spots. We were all in agreement, WOW! Value, cleanliness, convenience items on hand, great bed-bedding-towels, washer/dryer with detergent, more than we expected by a mile. This place was more than perfect for snowmobile trips and we'd expect the same for ATV-UTV'ing. Super responsive at all times and you can see the pride and ownership of this wonderful property.

We had a great stay at Twin Rivers Resort! We came up with snowmobiles and had extremely easy access to the trails (no trailering) with many options on where to go. A super cute supper club was just next door with other bars and restaurants easy to access by sled or car ride. A couple of grocery store options within a short drive made things easy. The kitchen had everything you need and the cabin was cozy and relaxing after a long day of riding. Heidi was helpful and responded quickly when we reached out. We hope to return!

Nice little place to stay and centrally located right downtown Ironwood but also super close to Hurley. Greg was super responsive and quick to respond when I had questions.

Joel’s listing is a perfect place for the easy days Up North! I chose Joel’s for the close proximity to town and the recreation. The apartment is nestled above a quaint restaurant and an amazing Bakery! You must try the most delectable Blueberry muffins (best muffin I have ever had) and the Sourdough Bread is so fresh it’s still warm! This place is a keeper and I will be back😜! The perfect place for our group. Check in was super simple. We were ahead of schedule so Casey let us check in early, which was greatly appreciated. Very close to the lake, Antonio’s, and gas. Perfect for our sled group big area to park trailers as well. Will more than likely be staying here again.

This cozy cottage is such a nice stay! It is in a great neighborhood, and the neighbors are so kind and friendly and helped us shovel the driveway when we had snow during our trip. The house was so clean and cozy and had everything we needed- coffee, games, books, a snow shovel, Tupperware, plastic wrap, and even candy bowls. We felt right at home and will definitely be back!

We LOVED this place. Super private, clean, and smelled good. The home is decorated tastefully and makes you feel like you are staying in a welcoming environment rather than a cold or sterile environment. I like sleeping with a fan on, and appreciated that there were several in the home. Hosts were great and super responsive. While this is a pretty private place, you are within about 10 minutes of stores and restaurants. Stargazing is amazing as there’s very little light pollution. We would return here and highly recommend you stay with Angela!

I had a wonderful stay at Karen's place. I needed to find good snow to cross-country ski so I'm prepared for the Birkie later this month. Karen's place sits in between ABR and Wolverine trail systems, which was perfect for me! I also enjoyed dinner at the Iron Nugget, just 2 blocks away, which had gluten-free options - which is a requirement for me. The space was warm and comfortable and easy to get into. I enjoyed my 2 days there. -Chris

My family along with the group of friends we brought along had a great time! For some of our grouop it was there first time to this lodging and skiing location and it proved to them that the ski-in/ski-out from the lodging was highly recommended and well worth it! Helena was very responsive on any questions we had and also was quick to jump on bringing over a few other items needed for the kitchen and bathrooms! We will look forward to scheduling another group at this location! It does have sleeping arrangements for 12 people, but we only had 10 this round and it was perfect allowing them all to be on a comfortable bed. Thanks again Helena for a great stay!
