When you aren't at the beach, take a swim in the pool in the back yard. This home is a 7 minute drive to Pier Park and 8 minute drive to Rosemary Beach / 30A. 2 Bed / 1.5 Bath. This unit shares the pool area with it's identical twin (unit B). Each unit has their own private back deck with grill and outdoor dining table.

Old Florida style with modern amenities - Roku TVs, new floors and tile, great lounging spaces, driveway parking for 2+1 cars. PLEASE NOTE Primary renter must be 25 years old or more and onsite for the duration of the stay. Sorry, this house is not designed for college spring break festivities.
