My place is close to beach, beach activities, lagoon,parks, the city center, restaurants, shopping and seafood market. You’ll love my place because of the location, short walk to the beach , the views. The 2 story townhouse with 2 bedroom and 2,5 bathrooms. Beautiful beach style cottage with tasteful decorations! Master bedroom with king size bed, 2 d bedroom with queen bed and bunk bed on the 1 floor. House has 2 full bathroom and 1 half bath next to the kitchen area on the second floor.

We hope that the experience of staying in our vacation rental will mirror the natural and tropical experience of our beautiful beach. Gorgeous well stocked duplex just steps from the beach! This unit is great for the family trip to the turquoise waters and white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. When you aren't at the beach, take a swim in the pool in the back yard. This home is a 7 minute drive to Pier Park and 8 minute drive to Rosemary Beach / 30A. 2 Bed / 1.5 Bath. This unit shares the pool area with it's identical twin (unit B). Each unit has their own private back deck with grill and outdoor dining table.

Main floor living room has a queen murphy bed(sofa isn’t the most comfy but I chose bed over comfy sofa) , a half bath, Full kitchen/dining area w/ everything you need for daily meals. A small fenced in yard w/ turf for pets. Smart tv, WiFi & laundry room.

Perfect getaway for families. This townhouse is in Palm Cove, a secure gated community,which is less than a mile from the public beach access with free parking available. The community has two pools. Quick access to all of the attractions! Shipwreck Island Waterpark & Rock'it Lanes is within walking distance. Pier Park and Miracle Strip are 4-mile trip away via Back Beach Road. Frank Brown Park is only 5 miles away. There are three golf courses within two miles.
