Great place will definitely stay here again. The balcony was amazing. We ate practically every meal out there. also short walk to the beach condo was loaded directly on the beach, which was awesome with kids.

Loved this place! The room was in perfect proximity to the lobby/parking so we never had to wait on an elevator. The reserved parking spot was great and also in a convenient location! The room itself was extremely clean and tidy and there was even a fan for use if you’re like us and like the noise to sleep. Even being a studio it was quite spacious for the two of us! Short distance to the beach, great food on the property, and a great location to get all around in PCB. 10/10 Thank you again, Patrick!

Room was great. Great view and only couple minutes to walk to Pier Park. Has everything you need. Well differently stay again.

My family of 5 traveled to PCB for vacation and the condo did not disappoint. I will note, the elevators are a bit slow, especially during peak times. Other than that, the stay was enjoyable. Everything was as described & pictured. Nice and clean. The patio ended up being my hideaway each night. The condo is close to the beach and several restaurants and stores. Marianne is responsive and provided clear instructions for a smooth checkin. I definitely recommend this property!

The Carillon Inn was a great location and perfect for a short weekend. Brian was very responsive in getting all the codes we needed for our stay. The beach walkover had a new code system and he was immediate in responding to us about getting that set up. The beach set up was ready every day and we really appreciated that! Living room set up was a little dark (the window is in the hallway, so not much light gets in) but the bedroom was well lit. The patio was a great plus to have on the rainy afternoons. The furniture could use some updating, but we weren't in the room much at all. Bed was comfortable and plenty of towels and necessities for the weekend.

This condo stood out from others because of the location and surrounding beach! There aren’t a bunch of high rises so the beach is wide open! It’s close to restaurants and fun activities! Great parking and loved having a huge balcony to enjoy every morning and every evening. We will definitely be back because the location was so great and Nina was so quick to respond to all my questions

Had an absolute amazing stay! Chuck was great at communicating before and during our stay. My boys had a blast crabbing and fishing. The home was very clean and felt like being at home. We had a great family time away making wonderful memories. We can’t wait to be back and will make this a yearly tradition. Chuck was super helpful and the grounds are very nice and well maintained.

This is my second time here and each time I leave I’m always so grateful for this little cozy Airbnb! Top notch hosts who are always quick to respond. The airbnb has everything you need PLUS beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to make the walk to the beach a breeze which is SO kind of the hosts to have for their guests. Carillon is one of my favorite places to visit in FL. Everything you need is right there and a publix and aldi are only 2 minutes away. They have a spa at the resort and adorable shops and restaurants. We love lake powell pizza, the little beach cafe and salty bottle and brew. The beach walkover is only a 5 minute walk through the Carillon neighborhood and all of the pools are top notch. I love the cleanliness of Carillon and this airbnb. The lake view is beautiful from the balcony. The Airbnb is so clean and they give you everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. You won’t regret booking this one!! Top Notch. The house was great. You can tell it’s an older home and the bathroom has a faint odor but I’m sure that’s due to the age of the house too. I was a little nervous when reading the reviews that the house wouldn’t stay cool enough but it was PERFECT! Very easy and convenient location. The backyard was awesome for our dog! Overall I would give our stay a 10/10!

We loved this house and the back yard for our little dog was perfect. Can’t ask for a better host than Yubeiri! She is super responsive and accommodating. She made sure the bathrooms and kitchen were equipped with soaps and necessary paper products upon arrival, which was very thoughtful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely home! We loved the area and proximity to restaurants, shopping and the amazing beaches. Beautiful stay; thank you, Yubeiri, for your hospitality and accommodations!

Amy was such a hospitable and responsive host. This place felt like home. It was in a perfect location; within walking distance to restaurants, shops, the pool, the beach, while also feeling private and very safe. A drive away you can find Destin and Panama City beach which are full of any activity you can think of; but rosemary keeps you nestled in a private elegant little town. We will 100% be back!

We loved our stay at Julia’s place. We rented a golf cart and loved being able to drive it all around the area for beach, dinner, and ice cream. The house is super cute and clean. We hope to be back soon!!!

This area was very nice. Syndie gave us great restaurant locations. We especially enjoyed the Donut Hole and Bill's Bayou. The house had everything we needed. Kitchen was stocked and organized. The master bedroom was very spacious and comfy. The beach area was extremely nice and not over crowded. The house was literally a five minute walk to Inlet Beach.

This place is a great location , easy to access, and quiet overall. Inside everything was clean and it felt like home. The use of the washer and dryer was a huge bonus plus the beach amenities, too! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Panama Joe’s was a great find! Clean, beautifully decorated and plenty of space for our family! Right across from the beach access, getting to and from the beach was a breeze! Richard was an excellent host and was always available if i had questions- i would highly recommend this property and this host!

This is our second year staying in the same complex, first with Darla. we love the location, so easy to get to the beach, and the pool is so refreshing to jump into after the beach. specific to Darla's unit, its very clean, the decor is fresh and modern. Darla checked on us to make sure we got in ok, very friendly host.

From the beginning we had a wonderful experience and vacation. It was super easy being able to go right up to the condo and not have to check in somewhere beforehand. During our stay if we had any questions or concerns, V2nt was so quick at responding and was very helpful. The condo was very clean with great views! We had such a great time and will be booking again in the near future!!
