You also can soak up the sun laying next to the pool out back, or you can take a 10 to 15 min drive and be standing with your toes on the white sandy beaches in Panama City Beach. We provide Superior location with easy access to Downtown St. Andrews, Downtown Panama City, and a short drive to the Gulf of Mexico. This home will not only satisfy you with it's convenient location, but will also make you feel like you are in your home away from home. Your new vacation home awaits!

This is a newly remodeled ground floor mother-in-law suite located on the beach side of Hwy 98 on the West end of Mexico Beach. The unit has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom, and two built in bunks. Access to the bathroom is inside the bedroom. It also has a small kitchen open to the living area. There is a gas grill, table, umbrella, and lounge chairs for your enjoyment in the enclosed courtyard. You may run into me outside gardening and such. *NOT BEACHFRONT!

Please note the step up to the bathroom and ONE low bed. Some guests have trouble with these! The futon folds down into a twin size bed. If you have one kid (or two small ones) they may be comfy sleeping here. Let me know and I’ll make it up for you before you arrive. You will not be able to add them to the reservation but just text me! Private entrance to a renovated single car garage apartment in the popular, quiet Cove neighborhood.
