Four of us, all adults stayed for a long weekend. We absolutely feel in love with the house. It was beautifully designed with a shabby chic interior. We actually canceled one night out to stay in, BBQ and take advantage of the house. The pool was warm and clean and a great way to start the day. The location is perfect and walkable to shops and restaurants. The quality of everything in the house was outstanding. We really were pleased and would stay there again. When we departed and got to the airport we realized we’d left a laptop in the house. Isabelle immediately arranged for it to be sent to our home in Ireland. Couldn’t be more pleased with our stay.

We stayed in this listing for 4 days to celebrate the new year, there were 10 of us + a baby. The house is spacious, everyone had their space and privacy. The stay is very large and very pleasant, especially for rainy days. Many board games and activities (foosball, darts, ping pong table) are offered, as well as a large number of bikes and helmets for walks! We had a small heating problem, but Gaspard was very responsive. Traveling with a baby, and in the absence of a changing table in the house, Gaspard also offered to buy one to equip the accommodation on our arrival, thank you very much for that! The house is ideally located, close to La Rochelle and the Île de Ré bridge. We all loved our stay, we'll keep the contact details safe and will be happy to go back!

Fantastic holiday, stunning villa and really well equipped. We loved the pool and bbq was great too. Excellent location with easy access on bike to Saint Martin de Ré and also great beaches like Gros Joncs. Sad to leave!

We all enjoyed your beautiful house. We appreciated the artistic style of the place and the relaxed feel of somewhere that is loved very much. We appreciated the design of the place and the inside and outside spaces, the generous amount of wonderful kitchen equipment, the games cupboard, the dartboard, and most of all the wonderful swimming pool was really enjoyed by everyone. We enjoyed the location very much. Being able to easily walk to the daily market, to the beach or to cafe's and restaurants lent joy and ease to our stay. The house is stylish and rustic and Majid was so lovely. Would love to return to the beautiful villa. The neighbour did shout at us for splashing in the pool but in fairness, we had five children between us and it was 9am. The area was quiet and the Carrefour just minutes away was handy. You couldn’t not have a great stay here. Just be aware that the annexe is completely separate. It worked well for us as two families.

We had a pleasant stay, 4 generations under one roof and everyone felt at ease and comfortable. The grandparents enjoyed the pétanque court, the little one the pool…. The house is very comfortable and very well-equipped. Close to all amenities, it is at the same time in the middle of meadows in a very quiet place. I would recommend it in a second.

Excellent quiet stay in this large house, very convenient with 2 bathrooms and bedrooms away from the living room. Very well equipped and functional kitchen. The beach is accessible on foot after a walk in the pine forest.

Thanks again to Sylvette and Michel for this great week in Vert Bois Oleron The house is as described and very equipped , no lack to report The pool is delicious like the garden ,you feel quiet and privacy . The location is perfect access to the green wood beach, where we were able to do surfing courses By bike , via bike path in the immediate vicinity, there are 15 minutes -20 minutes with children , to the center of Dolus-d'Oléron St Trojan, or the cotton plant which are charming . We had a pleasant stay in this magnificent villa. The house is spacious and privacy is assured, as the villa is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, a real plus! The kitchen is very well-equipped: you can't miss anything. The bedding is of excellent quality and we really enjoyed the spacious terrace to enjoy the sun. Another highlight: the perfectly heated pool that made our moments of relaxation even more enjoyable. Tristan, our host, was very helpful, always available to resolve every detail. In short, a perfect place for a holiday with peace of mind. We will go back without hesitation!
