Pauline is very accessible, responds quickly and gave us some great tips on where to go, a place to go back to and to recommend without any problems.

We were delighted to spend a few days in this accommodation: it is very well located, very clean, consistent with the photos, the place is quiet and peaceful and the interior is well appointed. There is everything you need on site, the bedding is of good quality. The balcony with sea view as well as the private parking space are a real plus. The hosts were kind and responsive.

very nice and accommodating hosts. Very nice and clean accommodation. very good stay at this property. A little far from the city center but various. modes of transport to reach it very quickly (bus and bus boat in 1/4 hour and on foot it takes 1/2 hour walk) i recommend it.

Very nice little place for a few days in La Tranche-sur-Mer! Catherine is available and flexible, very welcoming. The apartment has a private parking space in a very good location to do without a vehicle during the stay. The accommodation is clean, functional, has an exterior and everything you need to have a good time! I was able to spend three perfect days with my dog, despite the rain :) Thanks again for Catherine and see you soon!

Short stay for 3 with a 3 year old. We had a pleasant stay, the apartment was just perfect. We have done everything on foot (visit the Old Port, aquarium, etc. ). Underground parking is a real plus. Philippe is very responsive, attentive and left us full of documentation about what we can do and visit in La Rochelle. Many thanks for everything and we recommend this apartment if you want to stay in La Rochelle for a few days with the family.

Brigitte is a very welcoming and pleasant host. The accommodation is very convenient, well located, close to the port and shops on foot. The residence is very quiet and with private parking, it is ideal.

Impeccable accommodation, the location of the apartment in relation to the island is first class. We slept very well, the apartment is quiet in a private residence where cars do not circulate... we left our 🚲 at the foot of the stairs that lead to the apartment without any worries. We highly recommend it, our hosts were lovely and very available.

An excellent studio located about 25-30’ walk to the old town. Easy access and parking and access to a swimming pool onsite. The studio is small but well designed and optimised for the space. The AC is not a wall unit and is very noisy. We therefore needed to open the door to the terrace and there was a lot of noise in the apartments opposite from young men having a party till 2am each night. With ear plugs we were fine. We were very happy with the apartment otherwise and recommend the host.

Welcoming host. The place matches the description and is great for a vacation. To have a parking space, allowed us to leave our car safe and do everything by bike.

Philippe is very welcoming, available and with good advice for the various activities on the island. Very well located studio, very nice small terrace. We had a great time!
