Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the Ile de Ré and its beautiful landscapes by bike (rental next door, friendly). The added bonus is the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.

Perfect accommodation for two, easy to access and ideally located. Beautiful bedroom, very large bathroom, very clean and well decorated, no complaints. We will definitely go back during our next stay in La Rochelle.

We had a very, very nice weekend in the accommodation with our little boy who enjoyed the place, which is essential for us. Everything is there to feel good, very nice little terrace in the morning, very responsive, available, and accommodating host with little touches. I recommend it 100%. Thank you again. 👌🏼

We had a lovely stay in La Rochelle. It is a beautiful city with loads of activities for a family. We stayed at La Conciergerie De Mélanie's which was in an excellent location right in the centre. The check-in was easy and Melanie was friendly and helpful and answered any questions we had. The apartment is up 3 flights of stairs which we did not mind but may be an issue for some people. The apartment was bright and clean and modern. The rooms were comfortable. We particularly loved the view from the balcony where we could relax and people watch after a day of sight seeing. We would highly recommend this accommodation for a person wanting a central stay in La Rochelle.

We had a lovely stay at Arnaud's. The accommodation is very well placed, very clean and nicely decorated. Communication and entry/exit of the premises was very smooth.

A small cozy apartment very close to the port and especially super quiet. Not a sound in this neighborhood where we were able to sleep with the windows open. Parking for bicycles is also very convenient. Thanks to Nicolas for hosting us and for all the links he sent us for the various useful information about the island.

The location of Benjamin’s place is ideal - safely contained in a very pretty complex of apartments with parking and easy access to the beach. Once inside, you would never know you are close to other apartments because it is quiet, well lit, and beautiful. The back garden at sunset is incredible. There were only two of us and our dog, but the apartment is stocked to be able to easily host a small family. It’s clean and organized with a spacious kitchen and a comfortable bed. We were met at the gate when we arrived, the key hand-off was friendly and quick. Check-out instructions were clear and we didn’t feel rushed at all. All in all, a great stay. We hope to return someday soon!

Short trip, but excellent. I'm happy to come back if I have a chance. Linda is extremely welcoming and cheerful. It is pleasant after a long drive. Flexible, she adapted without worries to my late arrival. The accommodation is very good, I could live there every day without any problems! The description and photos are true to reality, everything is clean and functional. In addition, Linda knows a very good fast food restaurant on the island, cheap and undoubtedly the best I have tasted there. Ask her, she'll be happy to tell you where to find it... You can go there without so much as a second thought, it's 5 stars at all levels

This is the third time we have booked this accommodation because it is really very comfortable and well located, quiet. We also booked in early August and we will continue next year if we are accepted. Evelyne is very responsive, Virginie absent replaced by Amelia also very friendly and available. Overall, great rental. looking forward to returning.

We were hosted very well by Fabienne and Boris. Their apartment is bright, pleasant and well-equipped. The location is perfect, near the center, by the sea. And the parking space in a gated garage and a real plus. We will come again👍

Studio is as shown in the photos, well appointed and has everything you need for a few days. It is close to the center of La Flotte, which is then a few minutes' walk away. Quiet and pleasant residence. David was very responsive and friendly. Perfect!

A lovely stay at Brigitte's who was super welcoming. The accommodation is easily accessible and close to the center of La Flotte. It is very well equipped, clean and warm. Our stay was very nice. We didn't have to take the car because many things could be done easily on foot (shopping, walks, going to the ocean...) Our host was very approachable and trusted us, which made relationships easy. The area is very beautiful and there are plenty of places to explore.
