Very nice small accommodation, clean, very well-equipped, located close to everything (shops, bike paths, beach, restaurants) A beautiful terrace, a parking space, a bicycle garage… Thanks to Françoise for hosting us. We would happily stay again. 🥰

Very functional apartment, very clean, arranged with great taste. The south-east facing terrace is a real plus on sunny days: you can have breakfast and lunch in the sun, facing greenery. Be careful, the roller shutter of one of the 2 bedrooms is broken; it is replaced by a blackout curtain but still lets the light through! The neighborhood and building are very quiet. Nearby, there are all the necessary shops on a square: bakery, charcuterie-traiteur, fishmonger, en primeurs, tobacconist and small supermarket U. I'm sorry I didn't know this place sooner!

A peaceful place, with the sound of seagulls, access to the beach just behind. A very large and well-equipped rental. With responsive hosts and great info shared throughout. Recommended

Although the contact was never direct, Sylvain was a thoughtful, responsive and anxious host to welcome us in the best possible way. The apartment, despite its modest proportions, offers all the comfort you can expect. Its ideal location also allows access by foot to everything that, in the historic Rochefort, is worth a visit, from its famous arsenal to the old port, from its Marine Museum to its unspoiled fortifications, from its buccaneer cafes to its antique bookshops.

Clean accommodation, consistent with the photos and very well-equipped. Parking is very easy and you will be close to the city center and all amenities. I would definitely recommend it!

the location is really great and a few meters from the heart of the old port.... the parking space in the garage is a REAL plus... you park then you no longer touch your car. The apartment is well arranged and spacious. a large super nice balcony. communication is perfect with Alizé. very very available . Arriving in advance of our schedule, she arranged to free up the apartment for us as soon as possible...

Absolutely lovely apartment perfect for a couple. Very tastefully decorated, very comfortable bed and well equipped. We enjoyed our 2 night stay and visited La Rochelle and Ile de Ré, both lovely places to visit.

This is a lovely apartment in a great location , once you get used to the parking it’s so easy ! I can definitely recommend this place , the hosts are super friendly too ! The roof terrace and tub are great 👍🏻

We enjoyed the spacious and very well-equipped apartment. The terrace is awesome! Unlike the other reviews the apartment is well insulated and we did not hear any noise coming from the bakery. The bedding is very good quality!! I'll be back there for sure with pleasure

We had a pleasant stay in this accommodation which corresponds to the description. The bedding is quality, the bathtub is a nice little plus. Spacious and very well located accommodation, close to the port, coastal path, beach and restaurants (not much open in February) as well as bus lines (13 min from the aquarium). We had a great time with the family at Boris's. The apartment is comfortable and relaxing with its jacuzzi. The village is charming and everything is within walking distance. I have spent many stays at this Airbnb, I recommend a very good value, price close to a whole bakery in front of the door that is currently. Unfortunately in reconstruction, there is Carrefour City which is at the back right of the very convenient street restaurants nearby the port, not far from the train station, I recommend it!!
