The train station is at 0.30 miles, the beach at 0.40 miles and the aquarium at 0.50 miles.

Our apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of La Rochelle, close to the town hall and the central market, on one of the shopping streets that is lively during the day, but quiet in the evening and at night. It is an ideal base for visiting the city or for business reasons, a 10-minute walk to the train station if you come by train. The apartment is a 42 m2 two-room, just renovated, on the second floor of an old building. We follow Covid cleaning guidelines.

"La Halte Océane" The studio is ideally located in the city center, between the train station and the Vieux-Port. It is located in a 3-star hotel residence with a year-round heated pool. The pool is open! The apartment is equipped with all the essentials: dishes, ceramic hobs, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge, TV, fan. There is a double bed (160) in the living room and two bunk beds (90) in the cabin area.
