We had a lovely weekend in La Rochelle, the accommodation is in a very good location, 5 min walk to the old port. The residence is secure and quiet. The parking space is a real advantage, you can do everything on foot. Marine is very accommodating with check-in and checkout times.

Very clean and functional accommodation, free parking spaces on the street easily, small very nice terrace, the center is a 15-minute walk away through the park. We are delighted with our short stay in La Rochelle. Thanks to Jihane and Morgann for hosting us!

Nicolas and Hâtive place is very cozy and comfortable. Close to center of town and to a grocery shop. Really quiet and peaceful. Would definitely come back when I'm back to La Rochelle.

The space was very clean and compliant with photos! We had a very pleasant stay, there were two of us and the size of the apartment is ideal. We managed to park a stone's throw from the apartment. There are about ten spots available for free, but you have to be lucky! Close to the Port de la Flotte. I would recommned this property.

Very pleasant stay, wonderful view, walks along the ocean at the end of the small garden, great for cycling, everything nearby, very easy to access the city center, the ports, very friendly apartment and what a pleasure to have lunch in the morning watching the waves in the distance. Christine is a very nice person, welcoming, open to dialogue, very friendly. We'll come back to it without a second thought. What a beautiful city La Rochelle, pure happiness.

We had a great time in Loix. Patrick's place is spacious, bright and very well equipped. Everything is close by, we did everything on foot or by bike. Recommended.

Accommodation 5 minutes from the port and restaurants by bike, very clean, functional and very well-equipped accommodation. Very good contact with the owner, very responsive before and during the rental. Accommodation with garden and outdoor furniture, secure car and bicycle parking. Recommended without reservation to visit this beautiful island.

very well located, quiet at the end of an alley The patio is really nice and big enough to feel comfortable there. bikes are a big plus The ceiling on the second floor is really low and the stairs are quite steep but you get used to it and my kids enjoyed this little "cozy" corner.

A wonderful stay in La Rochelle - Sophie and David are excellent hosts, nothing was too much trouble and they made us feel right at home. The pool area and garden in particular are beautiful. The apartment was well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay

We enjoyed the time in La Rochelle, while the preparation was not perfect like toilet paper and towels. The area is quiet and wonderful, particularly Rue Sardinerie (a lovely name) has a corner where restraunts stood and we also wathced a live concert on the street.

Stay from July 20 to 27, family with 2 children. Nice apartment, very well equipped with optimized space; compliant with the presentation and photos. Impeccable on arrival (tidy, clean) and provision of cleaning products. Very good location (close to the beach, port, shops...) and quiet of the residence appreciated. However, small difficulty in finding the exact location (GPS note problem?); but very responsive host and "problem" resolved quickly. We had a pleasant stay in this place.

The accommodation is very well located in the center of La Rochelle: it is possible to do anything on foot. The apartment is very clean and has all the necessary amenities. Sarah is also very welcoming and accommodating; especially on checkout time (we were able to leave our luggage in the accommodation until early afternoon.) We recommend this place for a stay for two in La Rochelle.
