The word that comes to mind is simply PERFECT We have been traveling a lot on Airbnb for 20 years, Florence and Fred's accommodation is the one that allowed us to really recharge in a few days. A real peaceful outdoor area set up for relaxation, an impeccable house where nothing is lacking, lovely hosts and good advice for visiting the surroundings. The space, the welcome, the amenities were great! Lots of mosquitoes in the evening but outdoor areas equipped with mosquito nets help to compensate for this. Thanks!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The gite was very nicely renovated and a perfect layout for our family. The outdoor space was gorgeous and peaceful. The hosts were so warm and welcoming, and gave us great local recommendations. We loved exploring the area including the charming village two minutes down the road. We would have loved to spend more time here and hope to return someday!

This was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in!! The apartment is beautiful with great decor. It has been recently remodeled, and Emilie has taken great care to preserve the character of the original building, including the exposed timber beams. It’s very spacious and comfortable for a couple. The location is great, just outside the old part of Sarlat, and you can walk to the restaurants in town in 5-10 minutes. Émilie is a great host and very attentive to detail. Can’t wait to stay again!!

Great stay at Alexandrine and Gilles' cottage. Cozy, peaceful and warm cottage, ideally located in the heart of nature, close to 2 rivers, caves and other tourist sites in the region. Perfect communication and very warm welcome from Alexandrine :) Just so you know, there are no doors between the rooms. We highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

Great location, handy for everything. Saturday market starts right outside the door which was amazing! Property was perfect. We were two couples travelling and it was ideal. Terrace was lovely too! Host was super easy to deal with and very welcoming 😁

Perfect central ground floor apartment. Comfy and clean. Thank you to Laure for helping us with the tv as we didn’t know how to work it. Bergerac is a lovely place to visit. Would love to come back again. Next time I need to brush up on my French as most of the locals don’t speak English. Or let’s say, they would rather you speak French. And why not.

Super comfortable bed, superb shower room, well-equipped kitchen and nothing better than having breakfast on the terrace with the chirping of birds. We had a great time at Sophie's, everything was there to feel at home. We didn't want for anything, on the contrary, everything is thought out for young and old! We recommend "le bonheur périgourdin" 100%, we will come back to Sophie's for sure. Once again, thank you for everything. ☺️

Location is a gated community that has a mix of residents and rentals. Beautiful countryside view. close to town. 4 minute drive to Carrefour grocery store. Steep hill down to town would be challenging for some walkers. There were a number of stone outside steps up to the apartment level. Very clean inside the apartment with comfy beds. Water power in upstairs toilette was weak. Overall a great choice in Sarlat.

My wife and I cannot begin to express our appreciation for Louise as host and our accommodations during our visit to Le Bugue. Louise went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and was responsive and proactive in communicating with us leading up to our visit. The accommodations themselves and the setting is a magical experience and we cannot recommend them enough.

We loved staying in Nathalies apartment. It is really cozy and very well equipped. The area is a quiet residential neighborhood, but still close to all amenities.

Muriel's place was lovely & clean. We enjoyed the little balcony off our living room. Unfortunately, the underground parking space was very small. My husband did 2700 euros worth of damage to his rental. We were able to find a parking space just across the road but it was not always available.
