Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Laconia

I had a wonderful stay at Kim's apartment, which was perfect and had everything I could possibly want and need. The space is very large (even bigger than it looks in the photos), with a very nice balcony. The aircon is a very welcome touch, keeping the apartment perfectly cool. Kim was a very responsive host, very polite and welcoming, I felt quickly at home staying here, and would thoroughly recommend to everyone!

We would definitely choose Konstantinos' suites again. Very comfortable stay and perfect location!

The room was very clean with spotless sheets. The view was beautiful with a sea view just like in the photos. You can go to the beach and to eat on foot is all next. The calm area ideal for family and relaxation. It is a good choice for those who go around Pelloponnisos to stay here instead of Limeni Areopolis where prices escape and share the distance because it is just 45 minutes from Elafonisos giving the opportunity to be close to arrive early and avoid long queues on the boat. That's how we thought about it, and it was the best choice!

Lovely place walking distance from everything you want to see

Vasiliki is a great host, and the apartment is very cozy and "cute." It is centrally located, literally walking distance to the city center and the beach. It was spotless, extremely clean, and matched the description. The balcony is spacious also. Trust me, I've stayed in lots of airbnbs around the world. This one was one of the most worthy places to stay, given its price. Highly recommended. We will come back soon (hopefully!). Thank you, Vasiliki! :)

We stayed in a really nice place, lovely location with stunning views. Clean and tidy place with all comfort felt like home! Harry is a very helpful person attentive to every customer request! An access from a staircase leads to a private beach, so you can swim easily and without having to take the car. Grocery store nearby and want free beach with sun loungers given along with an umbrella. We stayed a week, great location for visiting the nearby archaeological sites, Mycenae Olympia. In short, 10 and praise for everyone! Thank you Harry for a great vacation! Highly recommended!

Extremely beautiful and clean accommodation in a great location. The owner was very helpful and provided us with a charger for our electric car as well. Nearby is the village square with a beautiful and traditional tavern.

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect distance from Kalamata. Loved the nightly poolside sunsets, and appreciated the amazing hospitality from the host! Can’t wait to stay again!

The house is even nicer in reality than in the pictures! So charming! It is quiet and nice near the water, but with a nice walk into the harbor. Many stairs, however, if you walk through the city, but there is a road along the sea that quickly and easily takes you to the harbor.

Everything was perfect the dance was great and clean and the host friendly and helpful!

We felt very comfortable! Everything was super clean, in the middle of the village, communication with Markos worked smoothly. It was great that we were able to check out so flexibly. What you should know and was not visible to us in the photos: all rooms go to the street, you should not be sensitive to noise. The garden is more of a large concrete yard, good for laundry and the children to play.

We stayed in the newly built Hera villa in Tolo. We have been coming to Tolo for 25 years and finally there is somewhere to stay that is super luxurious. Incredibly tranquil and close enough to walk into Tolo. The walk back is up a steep hill but kept us fit. You get your own private pool with 2 good size bedrooms and 2 bedrooms. You also have a sofa bed in the lounge for extra sleeping space. The villa did not disappoint and the view of Tolo was amazing. The host was incredibly communicative and even came to find us after check out as we had left a few bits in the villa. The owner is lovely too and provided us with his own umbrella for shade. So nice of him and nothing was too much bother. Already booking our stay for next year x

We were quite late in the evening arriving and was warmly welcomed. Watermelon, peaches, wine, bottled water, treats and more awaited us. The place was so homey, we felt right at home. There is not one thing I can say negative about this property. The outside area is simply gorgeous and the pool was taken care of daily. Response to issues, my own fault, was immediate and so appreciated as first I locked myself out and then I didn’t know how to use the oven. :) It was taken care of in literally minutes. The bed was so comfortable as was the couch in the living room. A delicious bottle of wine from their lemon tree in the yard was given to us on departure, as well as an offer to check out later if needed. Do not hesitate to stay here, it truly is all it claims to be. We hope to be back some day.

Wonderful property with an amazing view from the terrace. Very clean and comfortable. And a very short drive to the superb restaurant Skandia, to the lovely beach of Paleopoli, and to the delightful village of Avelonomas. Andreas gave very helpful recommendations on things to see and do and where to eat. All in all terrific!

Mariana was a very caring and helpful host. She offered us flexible check in and out times and gave good suggestions of places to eat. She provided lots of treats in the apartment and we had everything for a comfortable stay. Having an amazing bakery below the apartment and a supermarket across the road were great bonuses.

Our stay with Andreas exceeded expectations. The grounds and villa were immaculate. All in all a great stay!! The host took the time to highlight the best restaurants, cafes, interesting sights and beaches; this was very helpful and facilitated our explorations in Kythira. The attention to our daily comfort was prompt and discreet. The premises were kept clean at all times by the welcoming and friendly crew. The kitchen had all the essentials for us to have a couple of meals in-house, as well as wonderful breakfasts on the patio. In the afternoons, recliner chairs were provided for us to enjoy the spectacular view in comfort while listening the the mesmerizing sea surf at the day's end. The Villa is situated in an ideal location to a wonderful beach within walking distance and a short drive to the nearby village "Avlemona". Highly recommend this villa! We will definitely stay here again when visiting Kythira.
