I had a lovely stay at Katerina's air bnb. Katerina and family were very friendly. If I asked a question or needed something there was always a quick answer. Katerina met me for the last part of the way there as Hydra's streets can be confusing. The flat was very comfortable with a patio to have breakfast, coffee etc. And about 2 minutes away from a local shop. I had a great stay and would go again. Thanks

A hidden gem right by the sea. The property of Georgios is very unique and beautiful, The old olive trees in the big garden are very special. The terrace was amazing to just sit on and watch the Ocean. The close by beach and Tavern make it perfect! We loved this place to start off our Greece Vacation. Georgios is also very nice and easy in contact- we arrived very late, no problem for him. Thank you!

Marina was a great host and tried to ensure we had everything we needed. We used this location to site see the many historical attractions that were all within a 30 minute drive. April was great a great time to come as it is a less busy time for this area

Great location - very peaceful and close to Areopoli. A little tricky to find, so make sure you have a map. The rooms were spacious and clean.

We had a wonderful family stay at Eleni's. Kamini's location is perfect (restaurants, beach) and the view of the sea and sunset from the apartment is beautiful! The family was very warm and attentive. They helped us organize our return trip while the ferries were on strike, which we particularly appreciated! We'll be happy to go back.

This is the second time we have been hosted in this heavenly home and we hope to return again. All three bedrooms are extremely quiet and bright and the living room is peaceful and nicely decorated. But nothing beats the large terrace and its breathtaking view, every morning anew. We did not rent a car and went to the beach every day on foot (2 minutes to Askéli beach down a large flight of steps), 5 minutes to Kavali, 15 minutes to Neorio). Downtown is a 15-20 minute walk and walking along the sea and the harbor to get there is delightful. There is a good bakery and a busy supermarket 7-8 minutes from the house. We thank Zia and Michalis again for their kindness and availability!

We enjoyed our stay and particularly enjoyed relaxing on the balcony. Good wifi, comfortable bed and pillows, a great stay overall. The apartment is well located to the port and all that Hydra has to offer.

Lovely Airbnb with a gorgeous view over Hydra, right to the ocean. We loved staying here and spending time on the patio. We got some great recommendations from the host too which were all great! We would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed for 6 days and very much enjoyed ourselves. It was remote but pleasant with beautiful sunsets and fantastic sea views. The accommodation was perfect with lovely balconies with glorious views. Other reviewers have raved about the “private” beach. The beach is very small and wonderful if you are the only guests on it, but, as happened with us, a family arriving on our third day completely took it over, “throwing down their towels” from early in the morning. All in all though, a wonderful spot!

There were two of us there for two weeks to climb. The property is super central and yet you have your own parking space outside the door. Both climbing rocks and the city center are within walking distance. Despite being centrally located, it is extremely quiet there. The view from the terrace, where the sun shines in the morning, is a dream (you can actually see the sea and the entire climbing bar next to Leonidio). The landlords are very friendly and caring (there were fresh oranges, olives, eggs, Easter pastries). The property is very spacious and everything necessary is available (four people can also stay there very well). In addition, the open fireplace inspired us for somewhat cooler evenings in April (wood was sufficiently available). Dear Hosts, Thanks for everything! We felt very comfortable with you.

How to say, if you are looking for tranquility, rest, sun, a beautiful sea view,a jacuzzi for relaxation , in a charming town, this cycladic house will charm you as it charmed us! Sue is a welcoming, pleasant and responsive host. We can only recommend this slice of heaven!

Nikolas's house was everything I expected and more.. The location was about a 40 minute walk from the port, Nikolas sent instructions of how best to get taxi for when we arrived, but once we had tested the walk out the next day we decided it would be ok to walk back with our luggage for the return ferry. There was an amazing bakery about 5 minutes walk from the house and a supermarket with just about everything you may need. We were welcomed by Zoe with lemonade and her own olive oil and the fridge was stocked with water - lovely gesture. The house has everything there to enrich your stay and had a lovely personal touch to it. The local area was fairly quiet, beautiful peaceful beaches and quite a few eating places. Delicious breakfast at Odyssey, and evening meals at a couple of the beach front restaurants which were all good. The port area is much busier and has lots of bars, shops etc, but still has a peaceful aura. Beautiful place and I would return in a heartbeat! ❤️

Well to begin with, Ilias is great at communication, which is good when one does not speak Greek like us. But really what stood out for us was the view of the island from the house. We were there for our wedding anniversary and this was perfect. The house is perfectly located, it is high up above the harbor with quick access to the best place to watch the sunset: that promontory with the flag on it. It is a 10 minute walk to the harbor through the narrow streets, with stairs in most places. We did not see that as an issue: on the contrary, there’s lots of pretty corners everywhere, and it is safe. The place has everything, the washer is very convenient, appliances easy to use. We had nice breakfasts and dinners at the private terrace overlooking the town. For our first time in Greece we were very lucky to have this place and this host. Hydra is nice and quiet (no cars) and has many options for dining too. Highly recommend!

Very beautiful decorated and cozy house comfortable and spacious bigger than shown in the photos very clean and in a very good and central part of the city!The host is completely understandable and helpful in everything we needed!We will choose this home again very soon and we highly recommend it!!!

This location provided me a lovely “home base” from which to run the Spartan World Championship races! The host was very responsive and willing to assist with any questions or concerns. I would stay here again in the future.

Loved our peaceful relaxing stay at Ioannis and Carmen's, love what they are doing there with permacukture and aiming for living off the land. Great setup, spacious, homely, ac in bedroom, we'll equipped kitchen, upstairs so a nice breeze, lovely balcony for dining outdoors. Kindly picked us up/dropped us at Koroni town and took us to beach when they went. Enjoyed hearing the jackals howling at night, so cool!!

A very nice apartment in a great location in Kalamata. Stauroula is kind, friendly, and speaks excellent English. We’ve had a pleasant, month-long stay here in the autumn, the flat is comfortable and practical. Our whale of a car was a bit tricky to park, since Greek parking spots tend to be on the smaller side, but having a dedicated, roofed parking spot was super nice to have! I also liked that the apartment has a very cool terrace, an awesome place to have my morning coffee in the sun. Having a bathtub is a nice extra (not many Greek apartments have one!), but it’s a bit on the slim side, I’m a fairly large fellow by Greek standards so it was a bit of a tight fit for me. ;) The internet is 8 Mbit/s at its best, we used our own instead, as that’s not very useful these days.

Super apartment in the "center" of Elea. Good tavern on one side, great bakery and mini supermarket on the other side of the very clean apartment. Large south-west terrace with shade until 12pm (beginning of October). 3 minutes walk to the family beach. Perfect location! Thank you.

Antonis’ apartment was perfect! Lovely and clean, well equipped and comfortable. Super close to the port, beach and main high street and easy to find. Would definitely stay again and wish we could have stayed longer.

I would highly recommend staying at Eleni's home. It’s perfectly located right on the port of Hydra, offering stunning views. Eleni and her assistant were incredibly helpful and always available whenever we had any questions.
