Das Eckhaus liegt abseits des Örtchens Poulithra, Arkadien, ohne Durchgangsverkehr und ist 60 Meter Fussweg vom wunderschönen Strand der Agios Georgios Bucht entfernt. The house is on the 1st floor of an old mansion, recently renovated and located in the Old Harbor just 20m from the sea. It offers wonderful sea view. Big families and friends can easily be accommodated. It's close to famous restaurants and bars. There is a mini market in 1min walking distance. You can take a sea taxi or horse carriage just 100m from the house. The town center & port of the island is 20min walking distance or 5min by taxi, horse carriage or motorcycle/bicycle.

Our house is a spacious old Mansion in the heart of Spetses, with a large yard in a quiet spot. It's only 6 minutes walking distance from town center and the port of the island! Bouboulina's historical Museum is 50 metres distance. You can easily get to the beach in 3 minutes walk, as well as to the bus station! It is furnished with original antiques, it's full of light and traditional spirit! It can easily accomodate families and big groups in its large rooms.

Traditional three-storey tower house in Karytaina. Reconstructed with great care by the hosts with authentic wooden elements and traditional touches in the decoration. The house is in a very quiet area of the village overlooking the bridge of Alfios and the plateau of Megalopolis. It has 2 fireplaces, a spacious living room and high-ceilinged bedrooms. At the entrance there is a courtyard with shade from a large walnut tree and vines.

The house is 10km from Elia with its beautiful beaches, 25km from Monemvasia and 45km from the beautiful and picturesque Kyparissi. We are just a 2-minute walk from the center of Molaoi. Molaoi is a very good choice for anyone who wants to explore Laconia.

Captain Rizos's House

The Registry listed, red stone house of Captain Rizos, shipowner at that time, stands on Poros channel since 1851, having reached the 6th generation of the family. It is a house full of history and memories that have remained alive from generation to generation. In this place, the Greek poet Kostis Palamas vacationed in the summers.
