George's place was quite simply fantastic - it really made our vacation. It sits above a beautiful beach that was quiet and is surrounded by trees, plants, and rock gardens. The view from the balcony and bedroom was amazing. George was friendly, helpful and responsive without ever been intrusive. We got frequent deliverys of satsumas, different types of oranges, lemons, limes and vegetables. He told us about local hikes, water fountains, swims and where to shop. There was a beach cat - Pokemon - who became our best buddy. There lots of outdoor tables and chairs - you could be in the sun (or shade) at any time of the day. I really liked that George offered places to recycle and he would come and pick up our recycling - this hasn't been the case in other areas we've visited. If we come to Leonidio we definitely want to stay here - we miss it already

From the first to the last minute we felt incredibly comfortable and welcome! The Airbnb, which looks like the one in the pictures, is an absolute dream with good facilities and direct access to the sea. We took advantage of the opportunity to eat out on foot several times, and excursion destinations are easily accessible by car. Every time we had a question, we received an extremely friendly and helpful answer very quickly. I would come back in a heartbeat!

A Dacha by the sea!

Sasha's Airbnb is in a perfect location; right on the edge of the village where it is peaceful and quiet but only 5 minutes walk to the pretty harbor and restaurants in Agios Nikolaos. Inside the house there are 2 spacious bedrooms with comfortable queen size beds, and an attractive living/kitchen area with plenty of pots and pans and oil/herbs etc for cooking. There is a water cooling dispenser to use for your drinking water. The water in Agios Nikolaos is safe, and fine for washing food and brushing your teeth, but it has a strong mineral taste. The shower is small but works well - no annoying leaks. The garden is lovely, very private, and there are various areas to sit so you can enjoy the sun at different times of the day. Sasha and her partner were both very friendly, respectful and helpful during our stay. We really appreciated the opportunity to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

This was paraidse. A perfect place of solitude with incredible views and it's own beach! Felt at home and watched the sunset daily from the deck above. I'll be back for sure and have already shared the word with friends looking for a place like this. I am a writer, so for me it was absolutley perfect for that.

The accommodation is simple and quiet...not far from the beach, and strategically located to visit the treasures of the Peloponnese. Communication with Georgia is excellent. We particularly appreciated the direct contact with Panos (Georgia's brother). We followed her advice for visits. They were great.

Perfect accomodation in a wonderful garden full of orange-, lemon- and grapefruittrees. Perfect for childen, there was plenty of playtools and spacey. Very kind hosts, they really care about the place and the guests! We loved it. The village with beaches and restaurants, bakery and supermarket are near and also reachable by foot.

Great location and walking distance to the beach and various beach bars and restaurants. The house was very cozy and everything worked well. And it was nice and quiet in the area.

We stayed at Kanaris’s place for two weeks, and it was perfect for our family of four. The house was comfortable and well-kept, and there was a beautiful shared garden area. The location is amazing! It’s an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and the bus stop. Kanaris was responsive and welcoming throughout our stay. We will definitely try to stay at this property again if we return to Kalamata.

The view from the bungalows is unique, ensuring a very calm environment during your stay. plenty of beaches nearby, and a famous gorge for those who hike plus some great tavernas within 10 minutes driving distance. the garden is wild and beautiful too and there are sufficient amenities in relation to the cost/night. an excellent stay, with an excellent host - we will come again < 3

Dimosthenis was a perfect host and the bungalow was absolutely gorgeous. The terrace is beautiful, peaceful place to relax and the sea is just a few feet away from you. You can always hear the gentle waves and the views from inside the bungalow and outside on the terrace are stunning. We took many day trips from here. Pylos and Methoni were within 90 minutes, ancient Messini is less than an hour and many other places are an easy half day trip. Our host was incredibly responsive, gave excellent recommendations for sites, experiences and local restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!

Stefanos is a very friendly person, attentive and available to expensive requests. The bungalow is in a great location!! From the terrace you can see the entire coast of the village and every night you have a fantastic sunset. There's everything you need in the kitchen. The shaded parking spot is a nice added value. We recommend it to everyone.

Welcome to paradise! Simply a great, very simple and therefore luxurious accommodation, with two terraces, one to the sea and one towards the mountains where you can enjoy the sun. The beach is a two-minute walk away and you can quickly reach many other great places in the surrounding area by car. At the top of the mountain there are great tavernas, quite original, friendly and overlooking the bay. The neighbors:upstairs on site were very friendly and helpful, as they have stayed with Stefanos several times. Also I will definitely come back and enjoy this great place. Thank you so much for this great holiday, dear Stefanos!

Great location with two beaches within a 10-minute walk. Very nice sea view ( and sunsets) from the accommodation terrace. Great kindness and availability of Stéfanos. . .

Lovely house with spectaculair sea view and comfortabele setting. We stayed 5 nights and we had everything we needed. Even toys for the kids, sunbeds, basics in the kitchen etc. Very clean, well organized little house. Good beds!!! There were a lot of suggestions for daytrips including travel guides in the house. Really a gem! We would love to go again:)
