Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Laconia

I had a wonderful stay at Kim's apartment, which was perfect and had everything I could possibly want and need. The space is very large (even bigger than it looks in the photos), with a very nice balcony. The aircon is a very welcome touch, keeping the apartment perfectly cool. Kim was a very responsive host, very polite and welcoming, I felt quickly at home staying here, and would thoroughly recommend to everyone!

Σιγουρα θα επιλέγαμε ξανά τις σουίτες του Κωνσταντίνου. Πολύ άνετη διαμονή και ιδανική τοποθεσία!

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό με πεντακάθαρα σεντόνια.Η θέα ήταν όμορφη με θέα στην θάλασσα ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Μπορείς να πας στην παραλία και για φαγητό με τα πόδια είναι όλα δίπλα.Ηρεμη περιοχή ιδανική για οικογένεια και χαλάρωση.Είναι μια καλή επιλογή για όσους κάνουν το γύρο της Πελλοπονήσου να διανυκτερεύσουν εδώ αντί για Λιμένι Αρεόπολη που οι τιμές ξεφεύγουν και να μοιράσουν την απόσταση διότι είναι μόλις 45 λεπτά από Ελαφόνησο δίνοντας την ευκαιρία να είστε κοντά ώστε να φτάσετε νωρίς και να αποφύγετε μεγάλες ουρές στο καράβι. Εμείς έτσι το σκεφτήκαμε και ήταν η καλύτερη επιλογή!

Vasiliki is a great host, and the apartment is very cozy and "cute." It is centrally located, literally walking distance to the city center and the beach. It was spotless, extremely clean, and matched the description. The balcony is spacious also. Trust me, I've stayed in lots of airbnbs around the world. This one was one of the most worthy places to stay, given its price. Highly recommended. We will come back soon (hopefully!). Thank you, Vasiliki! :)

Abbiamo soggiornato in un alloggio davvero bello, posizione incantevole con vista mozzafiato. Alloggio pulito e ordinato, con tutti i confort, sembrava di essere a casa! Harry una persona molto disponibile attenta ad ogni richiesta del cliente! Un accesso da una scalinata porta ad una spiaggetta privata, permette quindi di farsi un bagno agevolmente e senza dover prendere la macchina. Negozio alimentare vicino e volendo spiaggia libera con lettini dati insieme ad un ombrellone. Siamo rimasti una settimana, posizione ottima x visitare i siti archeologici vicini, Micene Olimpia. Insomma 10 e lode per tutti! Grazie Harry per la splendida vacanza! Consigliatissimo!

Ο χώρος ήταν πανέμορφος . Υπήρχε εξαιρετική θέα και από τα 2 μπαλκόνια αλλά ειδικά από το μπαλκόνι του υπνοδωματίου, η θέα ήταν το κάτι άλλο. Οι παροχές ήταν ικανοποιητικές και ο κύριος Ηλίας ευγενεστατος.

Ein Juwel, der Pool ist sagenhaft, das Haus bestens ausgestattet (sogar mit elektrischer Orangenpresse, gefülltem Kühlschrank, Kaffeekapseln), schöner Sonnenuntergang. Beim Abendessen waren die Katzen mal schneller als wir... Gute Kommunikation, wertvolle Tipps und am Ende wurden wir noch mit persönlichem Foto und Souvenirs überrascht.

Huset är till och med finare i verkligheten än på bilderna! Så charmigt! Det ligger lugnt och skönt nära vattnet, men med en lagom promenad in till hamnen. Många trappor däremot om man går genom staden, men det finns en väg längs med havet som snabbt och enkelt tar dig till hamnen.

Ολα ηταν τέλεια ο χορος υπέροχος και καθαρός και ο οικοδεσπότης φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Es war alles super sauber, mitten im Dorf, die Kommunikation mit Markos hat problemlos geklappt. Es war toll, dass wir so flexibel auschecken konnten. Was man wissen sollte und für uns auf den Fotos nicht sichtbar war: alle Zimmer gehen zur Straße, man sollte nicht lärmempfindlich sein. Der Garten ist eher ein großer betonierter Hof, gut für Wäsche und die Kinder zum Spielen.

Loula møtte oss ved ankomst og ønsket oss velkommen. Ren og fin leilighet, og en fin liten patio utenfor med morgensol. Flott sentral beliggenhet nær restauranter i den koselige gamle havnen. Anbefales.

Bölgeye ilk kez ve iki aile olarak gittik. Bize ait müstakil bir evdi ve ihtiyaçlarımızı karşılayan, gayet temiz bir yerdi . Sorun yaşamadık . Güzel anılarla ayrıldık. Teşekkür ederiz

We stayed in the newly built Hera villa in Tolo. We have been coming to Tolo for 25 years and finally there is somewhere to stay that is super luxurious. Incredibly tranquil and close enough to walk into Tolo. The walk back is up a steep hill but kept us fit. You get your own private pool with 2 good size bedrooms and 2 bedrooms. You also have a sofa bed in the lounge for extra sleeping space. The villa did not disappoint and the view of Tolo was amazing. The host was incredibly communicative and even came to find us after check out as we had left a few bits in the villa. The owner is lovely too and provided us with his own umbrella for shade. So nice of him and nothing was too much bother. Already booking our stay for next year x

Konstantinos è stato veramente molto cordiale e comprensivo. La casa è veramente molto carina, corrispondeva alle nostre esigenze. Quando torno li ad arrampicare vorrei proprio tornare li. Lo consiglio davvero.

Wonderful property with an amazing view from the terrace. Very clean and comfortable. And a very short drive to the superb restaurant Skandia, to the lovely beach of Paleopoli, and to the delightful village of Avelonomas. Andreas gave very helpful recommendations on things to see and do and where to eat. All in all terrific!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Ein Danke auch für die Begrüßungssnacks. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und bietet alles, was man benötigt und ist ein guter Ausgangsort für Ausflüge. Auf der Straße herrscht zwar viel Verkehr, aber das ist in Ordnung und war von der Lage zu erwarten. Der Blick auf die Festung vom Balkon ist besonders schön am Abend, wenn diese beleuchtet ist. Zudem versüßt einem die Bäckerei unter der Wohnung im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes den Aufenthalt.

Our stay with Andreas exceeded expectations. The grounds and villa were immaculate. All in all a great stay!! The host took the time to highlight the best restaurants, cafes, interesting sights and beaches; this was very helpful and facilitated our explorations in Kythira. The attention to our daily comfort was prompt and discreet. The premises were kept clean at all times by the welcoming and friendly crew. The kitchen had all the essentials for us to have a couple of meals in-house, as well as wonderful breakfasts on the patio. In the afternoons, recliner chairs were provided for us to enjoy the spectacular view in comfort while listening the the mesmerizing sea surf at the day's end. The Villa is situated in an ideal location to a wonderful beach within walking distance and a short drive to the nearby village "Avlemona". Highly recommend this villa! We will definitely stay here again when visiting Kythira.

Wir waren in einer anderen Wohnung der Unterkunft, da diese belegt war. Sehr sauber, gute Parkmöglichkeit, Dimitra ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man ist schnell am Strand und in den örtliche Restaurants. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Κατα την αφιξη μας στο σπιτι μας επεσαν τα κλειδια στο φρεατιο του ανσανσερ. Η ανταποκριση του Παναγιωτη ηταν αμεση και αψογη.
