Marcello’s Cove House

Traditional Tuscan cottage on one acre of private land with easy access to the beach of Lacona. The peaceful setting is slightly elevated from sea level and benefits from shade and the island breeze. The home boasts a beautiful outdoor veranda for relaxation and entertainment, complete with hammocks, a firepit area, and a BBQ grill. Our apartment is located on the seafront of Porto Azzurro: the large living room window is a picture that changes continuously depending on the time of day, the wind, the season. From winter to summer you never get tired of sitting on the balcony admiring the sea: the boats that enter the port or that leave for their journey, the people, the tourists, the fishermen... after a few days you too will have learned to recognize them and they will keep you company on your vacation

The house is bright, overlooking the sea, in a natural area surrounded by the scents of Mediterranean vegetation and the crystal clear waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea. The beach is a 4-minute walk downhill. Access to the two swimming pool areas (one overlooking the sea, with sea water and the other among the vegetation) is free. Umbrellas and sunbeds are available for a fee. In the residence there is a bar and restaurant open in summer Wi-Fi, parking, garage. Ferry discount.

La Guardiola - Cape Pearl

In the past, La Guardiola was placed to defend the entrance to Porto Azzurro from the sea. It had two key features: an extensive and dominant view and immediate access to the sea. The view of rare beauty, the sea that pervades every environment, the peace and scents of the Mediterranean scrub, make this place magical. Currently the property, owned by our family since 1994, is a 130 sqm independent villa, surrounded by a park of over 1,000 sqm.

Casa Cotone

The 40 m² apartment directly above the sea is in a quiet location, just 70 m from the beach promenade of Marciana Marina and a few meters to the beaches of the village. The house is located in the ancient district. Cinema set for the episodes of 'Delikte des Barlume,' an Italian crime series set in the heart of Tuscany. The designer apartment with very high ceilings was completely restored as a loft in 2023 and comfortably furnished.

La Casa di Laura, Elba Island

on the Cavo waterfront, in a unique position, newly built attic with exposed beams, extremely bright, with large shady terrace overlooking the sea; large outdoor spaces, a short walk from the village and the delightful marina. The beach in front is free while a little further on there is a small bathing area equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas and nearby you can rent bikes, scooters, cars and dinghies.

Cosy house at Porto Azzurro

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
