A wonderful stay. June month ideal to stay in Elba, as it is not too crowded. Ideal house for two people. Beautiful view from the terrace, equipped with a coffee table and chairs. Ability to have breakfast and dinner on the terrace enjoying beautiful sunsets and the singing of birds. The only drawback is the sofa bed with a thin and spring mattress that is uncomfortable for elderly or very heavy people. Easy to reach in about 20 minutes by car all the most beautiful beaches of Elba: Sansone, the Sorgenti, the lover, Fetovaia, Cavoli, Le Ghiaie. Bagnaia is very nice, with a nice children's playground, municipal relaxation area, supermarket and restaurants and several bars. Cute marina with the possibility of renting various types of boats. 10 minutes by car Portoferraio with many supermarkets and all kinds of goods.

Thank you so much for your great hospitality. We felt welcome from the first minute. It was a lovely well-equipped apartment with 2 terraces. The garden was charming and has a nice swimming pool. It was a quiet and peaceful area and there was a beautiful view of Porto Azzurro. We greatly appreciated Paola's kindness and recommendations. We returned to Lisa's apartment for the second time and had a great time. The proximity to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island then gives added value to the whole. Highly recommended

Cecilia is a great host, kind and very available for any need. The villa is spectacular, nestled in a beautiful olive grove. There is a location that allows you to easily reach the beach and the center of Marina di Campo. Theapartment we stayed in is very well cared for, refined in the details of the furniture, clean and functional. The host also provided us with bicycles. Everything was perfect and we hope to be back soon.

Central in the pedestrian zone of Capoliveri, quiet, the most beautiful terrace on site, loving amenities. Kitchen super equipped. After arrival, we got very helpful tips from Tinka regarding excursions and bars, restaurants. The house cannot be accessed directly, but good and free parking is available nearby. We'd love to come back

We had a great holiday in a very spacious and clean house. The small rather little visited bay is right behind the accommodation. But here you should definitely think of sanding shoes, as there are large pebbles on both the beach and in the water. Giacomo has been a very friendly and helpful host and was easily accessible at all times. Thanks a lot!

We spent 15 days in Alessandro's apartment, it was a beautiful holiday, the village is very typical and perfectly matched our expectations. Alessandro gave us all the information as well as the good addresses, there are 3 restaurants in the village which are very good . The apartment is very well located in the village (30 seconds for morning coffee as well as the bakery) kitchen , bedrooms, clean and spacious bathroom. 20 minutes from turquoise beaches we'll definitely go back next time, And little cherry on the cake , on the last day we attended a small concert in the village square where Alessandro was at the guitar;) i'd recommend it.

I'm not sure if I spoke to Giada for the reservation and for some information, but whoever wrote to me was always very friendly and helpful. During check-in and my stay, I interacted with the parents, in particular with Mrs. Gigliola. She always responded quickly and was always extremely helpful. The apartment is as described. Convenient private parking 10 meters from the front door. The outdoor area is beautiful with a small table, chairs and deck chairs to enjoy the tranquility of the area, the sunset while sipping an aperitif or just relaxing. They also provided 2 clotheslines to air out the clothes or, possibly for laundry, which I washed by hand. Given the season is not yet very hot, they have provided an electric heater. Without taking the car you can start on GTE trekking. Nearest mini-market is 5 min drive (not cheap), otherwise 30' there is the supermarket.

Annalisa was really kind and helpful! The apartment is very nice, with attention to detail and perfectly in line with the description. It is also very convenient, both for the layout of the interior spaces and for the location. Highly recommended!

The apartment was very nice and very clean, we lacked nothing. Procchio is a very nice little place! The deck is so beautiful. We also found the location generally good, only the main road was quite noisy during the day. Thank you for the wonderful stay :)

We spent a very pleasant week in the house of Serena and Alessandro, a few steps from the quiet beach of Seccheto. Well-maintained environments, an outdoor space that we made the most of both lunch and dinner despite the heat at the end of July because in shade almost all day! Great outdoor shower (with hot and cold water) used by everyone (including dog!) when returning from the beach. Definitely recommended!

A dream week. Monica's extremely well-kept and cozy apartment is in a really lovely location: overlooking the beach below and the bay all at our disposal to be explored. Great restaurants right on the beach. Also perfect for those like us who always travel with their dogs who are welcome here and who can run smoothly on the free beach and between the pine forests. For those who wish there is also a part of the beach perfectly equipped and equipped with all the comforts. Monica then, a really nice and caring person. We stayed in the apartment for two weeks. Maria Grazia is very kind and welcomed us by making us feel at home right away and responding immediately when we had some requests. From the garden the view is phenomenal and the location is convenient (in 15 minutes by car you can reach the blue port and the Lido di Capoliveri, in 20 the Gulf of Lacona). In a couple of minutes on foot you can reach the center of Capoliveri, which is always pleasantly lively in the evening. Highly recommended!

Even before my stay, I asked if I could keep my bicycle box stored at the house whilst I ride a cycling event, it was no trouble at all. Ettore also went out of the way to take me to the local supermarket as I only had a bicycle to get around. I was made very welcome and comfortable whilst staying at the cosy country house. The house had everything I needed, lots of space to use. I would definitely return back when I’m back in Tuscany.

We had a wonderful time on Elba and highly recommend the place! The views from the apartment to the sea are just fantastic – looking at the sea every morning was a dream. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Especially the kitchen was well equipped! The location is nice and central, so you can quickly get to the surrounding towns, but still have your peace. The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful – you immediately feel welcome. Elba itself is fantastically beautiful, we will definitely be back!

Sara's cottage is perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Immersed in the Tuscan countryside, silence, especially at night, reigns supreme. The garden is very comfortable for dogs, with the possibility of eating outside and freely enjoying the green space, leaving the 4-legged friends free to have fun. Just 10 minutes from the sea, it is in the ideal location! Thanks for the advice and help, Sara was instrumental in solving a "broken battery charger" problem by advising us where to buy it on Sunday! Thanks for the welcome, we'll definitely be back!

Beautiful house, beautiful setting in a park with pool. Elisa has always been impeccable, very kind, available to accommodate our every request. Convenient location to reach the sea. Highly recommended.

Matteo's accommodation was absolutely wonderful. The apartment is very clean and nice, matches the description and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Perfect for a family of four, for example! Really good sandy beach right next door: shallow, clear water and beach services available. Beautiful village of Capoliveri a few minutes' drive away. The car is quite necessary, as there are no shops in Naregna, but there are a couple of restaurants. Matteo was helpful and responded well to all inquiries. Private parking space right next to the apartment building.
