Our apartment is in a great location, a few steps from the promenade and beaches, from the center of the village (Marciana Marina) and close to all amenities (supermarket, bar, bank, ATM, pizzeria, gas station, hardware store, pharmacy, post office, hairdresser, barber, bus stop), all within walking distance. Its proximity to the sea makes it perfect for those who do not want to travel by car. It has a private parking lot, under the house, on the property.

Great apartment right on the harbor of Porto Azzuro. The large balcony has a great view of palm trees and the boats swaying in the harbor. Here you like to sit and watch the hustle and bustle. There wasn't much going on on the promenade in October, so it was quite quiet in the apartment for the central location. The apartment itself offers a living room, two bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom was renovated and even had a washing machine. A supermarket is within walking distance, as is the best ice cream shop in town. The bus stop with buses to Capoliveri and Porto Ferraio is minutes away. We felt very comfortable and definitely recommend the apartment! It was a nice vacation here!

The photos don't make it, the house is beautiful and in a crazy location! Alessandra was very kind and helpful and Andrea was kind, helpful and friendly on the spot. Very clean apartment equipped with all the necessary, beautiful and pleasant outdoor patio, 10 steps and you can put your feet on the beach... every night you have dinner with a crazy sunset in front. We are very satisfied with our stay at Elba's place. The accommodation was great and was in a quiet area with wonderful views over the sea. Walking distance to capoliveri and to the beach. Also good with sun loungers and garden furniture we used daily on the plot. A perfect accommodation where you can both rest in the quiet environment combined with discovering new exciting places around Elba. Maria was great as a host with her son and husband. Very helpful and their hospitality greatly contributed to us feeling at home and very satisfied. Highly recommended!

The apartment is just as beautiful as in the pictures. The view of the sea is simply wonderful, only a whale or a couple of dolphins did not swim by :-). The village is also very nice, bakeries and shops within walking distance. Beach / harbor and promenade around the corner. Hiking is possible directly from the front door. We felt very comfortable!

Literally ten steps from the sea, black and white is a space of modest size but impeccable comfort. Luciana welcomed us with a courtesy of the past, giving us all the necessary directions for a holiday dedicated to relaxation and comfort.
