Apartment vacation rentals in Lacona

There were two of us at Laura's place and we were very satisfied. From the balcony in the kitchen we could see the sea and the beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is perfect as a base for a holiday in Elba, as the harbor for the ferries and the old town with its many restaurants and attractions are within easy walking distance. I can recommend Laura's place with a clear conscience.

The hostess Chiara was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to questions. The apartment is really spotless and everything is available and in good condition. A beautiful panoramic view with sunrises and the town of Rio nell'Elba were impressive. The private parking is very safe. The place is recommended. Thanks, Jane, for the hospitality.

Great location on one of the most beautiful beaches. You don't need a car to get to the beach or downtown. The warm outdoor shower was our highlight after a long day at the beach.

Very nice place and location; well located near Capoliveri, walking distance, perfect for couples or adults, a little less for children due to hilly roads to reach the town. Very panoramic and romantic view, special tips (not usual tourisms) from Paola to discover the island. The house is nice, nice furniture and well equipped. It‘s good value for money. It‘s recommended.

i was at this house for the Elba trail with 2 friends. Very comfortable as a location, on foot a few minutes you are in the center and on the beach. The house has internal parking, and it is spacious and clean inside and with all the comforts. Ultra-equipped kitchen already including all condiments, coffee, sugar, tea, herbal teas. The same for the bathroom with soap and all the cleaning detergents. The host Serena and her mother Rita were perfect and very kind! Thank you, I hope to be back soon!!!!

the apartment is located above in the bay of Nisportino - in a good 5 minutes you are on the water. It's very quiet there and the very spacious terrace is absolutely not visible from the outside. The amenities are really good and even dish soap and sponge were provided. We felt very comfortable and were warmly welcomed by Marzia and Umberto.

Strategic location within walking distance of downtown Porto Azzurro and, consequently, very close to all services. Spacious, bright, clean apartment, equipped with air conditioning, surrounded by quiet and greenery. All this made the time in the apartment as pleasant as the time spent around the island! Alessio turned out to be an owner who was always available, smiling, kind and never intrusive. All his advice was valuable and spot-on for two people like us who had never visited the island. To conclude, therefore, our experience in Alessio's apartment and on the island of Elba was unforgettable! We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at this place! The location is perfect, very central and comfortable to explore the whole island, but at the same time incredibly quiet. The apartment has everything you need. Also, it was extremely clean, something we really appreciated. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend time in total serenity in an ideal location.

The accommodation was very cozy and clean. The host was always available and very friendly. The village is currently perfect for people who do not want to go to tourist hotspots and are looking for something quieter. It was also great that there were no mosquitoes!

Very pleasant stay, the house is very nice and functional, the table outside is fantastic. The location is not very convenient, since it is necessary to use a car (to get to Marciana Marina it is 30 minutes away on foot), but it is very quiet, sheltered and above all fresh. The house is as pictured and we found samples of shampoo, body wash, hand soap, dish soap and sponge. Recommended!

Very nice peaceful place with a private terrace, where you can enjoy summer dinners. Perfect for furry friends too, as the place is fenced. Adorable interior with all the necessities. Cornelia and her daughter were very accommodating and helped us out when our car got a flat tyre. They drove us to the mechanic’s early in the morning, for which we are really grateful! All in all 10/10 stay:)

A short but intense vacation also thanks to the proposals offered by Marciana Marina and the Island of Elba in general : bike paths, hiking, beautiful sea to explore by kayak which is what I did but there is much more. This was a gorgeous place and we had a magical stay. Location: overlooking the sea and beach. Felt very private. Apartment: big balcony that wraps around and catches the sun in different places through the day. Interior is rustic (in a nice way) with everything needed. Host: Paola (and Julio) were super lovely, and amazingly responsive. We’d come back here in a heartbeat. David & Nathaniel

Luca's house is a very large one-bedroom apartment, with attention to detail, surrounded by greenery a stone's throw from Portoferraio. Luca is a wonderful host who we were lucky enough to meet as soon as we arrived. Hello, he made us feel at home and allowed us to stay a few more hours after check-out. The house has everything you need, practically new, very well maintained. Outdoor space with a beautiful wisteria veranda, space for seamless parking. We wholeheartedly recommend it.

Ours was the first time on the island of Elba... the location of the house is strategic, you can get around on foot and by bike (which are made available to guests), but located in a quiet area. Very kind and helpful ...in short, a beautiful vacation. We'll definitely be back.

wonderful place! if you want to spend a vacation in a quiet area in front of the very clean sea, it's the little place! The castle is huge and has a very large garden perfect for our four-legged friends. the owner is super kind and helpful, also Nina the lady who welcomed us, super kind. highly recommended!

We loved our stay so much! Christine was a great host and helped us a lot. She made a reservation for a restaurant and told us some really nice places to enjoy. The whole area around our house was beautiful especially the pool. There also was a lot of trees and plants around. We really recommend Viletta Serendipity.

We were there with 2 infants (5.1). There was a pool which was very clean. An excellent kitchen! The staff was always very friendly and helpful. It was very familiar. The location is great. We were very comfortable and would leave again.

The stay was extremely positive. The area is very wild, but the part attached to the apartment is fenced and very well cared for. The sunbathing lawn with the pool with a jacuzzi is definitely the highlight of this apartment. Very clean apartment, with the essentials for short stays. Great welcome, we always confronted Serena who was always kind and ready to respond. Too bad our stay was so short! We'll be back!
