Vacation rentals with beach access in Lacona

Great apartment right on the harbor of Porto Azzuro. The large balcony has a great view of palm trees and the boats swaying in the harbor. Here you like to sit and watch the hustle and bustle. There wasn't much going on on the promenade in October, so it was quite quiet in the apartment for the central location. The apartment itself offers a living room, two bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom was renovated and even had a washing machine. A supermarket is within walking distance, as is the best ice cream shop in town. The bus stop with buses to Capoliveri and Porto Ferraio is minutes away. We felt very comfortable and definitely recommend the apartment! It was a nice vacation here!

We loved Alessandra’s place. Cozy and clean. Well furnished. Near the city center and all the service. A free parking space nearby, which is always a good plus. Alessandra was a great host. We highly recommend this place for your next stay at Isola d’Elba.

The location in Porto Azzuro was great. Especially to do something in the evening or to eat out. All within 5 minutes. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nicely decorated and the apartment is very spacious. At the window you could sit in the sun in the morning and watch the hustle and bustle in the alley.

Mafalda could not have been more helpful. We had everything we needed in a small compact area. The terrace overlooking the sea was wonderful to eat our meals on, the rocky cove and the gemlike water a permanent draw in such warm weather! Our thoughtful host collected us with our baggage from the top of the hill at the bus stop on our first day, perfect after a long journey. We were so grateful for that support. We very much hope to return, perhaps when the weather is a little cooler so we can explore more.

Amazing place, great location. Ground floor. Nearby is a large square to watch sunrises and sunsets. The apartment is old, but everything works. Climbing into the bedroom is a bit of a challenge, but that's the style of those old apartments. The kitchen is great, the gas works perfectly, we cooked dinners. The windows are spacious, at the day is bright. 10 minutes to the market and Coop to buy fresh fish, vegetables and fruits. Free parking nearby on the street, 5-7 min. We spent three nights Thursday/Friday/Saturday. October, very quiet on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, there was a bar nearby, very noisy until 2 am, but the music was good 😉, and we were so tired that we sleep OK, the bed was comfy 🙂 Check-in & out is very easy, the key is in the safe next to the door. 8/10 points. Thanks Mauro, communication via watsapp. P.S. - During the rain, the electricity went out 3 times, there is an electrical panel in the corridor, the fuses need to be turned on and you get the light again ?

We spent 3 nights for 4 in this beautiful apartment, large, quiet, well-equipped and in a good location. We can only recommend it, and thank Roberta who was a perfect host: flexibility for check-arrival, booking a parking space, hosting in French (in view of our Italian, it was appreciated), proposals for activities, places and restaurants at the top, follow-up during the stay, I'm probably forgetting some... and even weather alert! In short, enough to make the most of these few days.

The space is simply gorgeous! The best part is the view directly to the sea from the bedroom. Francesco is an exceptionally polite and friendly young man who took great care of us.

Heidi's cottage is a small gem, located in a quiet and private location but very close (5-minute drive) to the town of Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, shops...). The view from the house is wonderful and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is small but very clean, equipped with every comfort and welcoming, perfectly in line with the description and photos provided by Heidi. We had a great time! Our little dog loved the garden and the dog beach right under the house! The only small flaw as far as our habits were concerned was the fact that it was not possible to completely darken the bedrooms and therefore the light in the morning woke us up quite early! Heidi was always extremely quick and kind in her responses and, although distant, available whenever we needed her.

A very tastefully decorated apartment. The view of the sea is fantastic and a small beach is right in front of the house. We had a very nice time here.

We had a great time in Paolo's house. The location is absolutely fantastic and Paolo is very friendly and was super quick to respond to messages. Especially the sunset is spectacular from the property.

Very nice apartment with sea view and a comfortable terrace, only a few minutes walk to the beach. The owners living on the upper floor of the house are very nice and give helpful advices.

We had a good time. Nadia offers excellent service. If you have any questions, you will get a quick response. The house is equipped with everything needed in everyday life and for cooking. The garden is fantastic. Showers in the garden in the sun and in the rain. Fresh figs from the tree and herbs for cooking. A small beautiful paradise highly recommended. We can't fault anything at all and would leave any time.

Very friendly and pleasant hostess, practical and tastefully furnished accommodation, 10 min walk to the beach. Bicycles are at your disposal, so you can quickly go buy fresh bread in the morning. Unfortunately, there were many mosquitoes, so the seating and lawn could only be used to a limited extent. Happily again!

The Island of Elba gives unique and wild landscapes. Recommended for those who want to enjoy a little relaxation away from the chaos of the metropolises.

We stayed in the apartment for a week as a family with two children at the end of September and enjoyed our stay very much! The apartment is very centrally located, with a beautiful view of the harbor and the piazza. The piazza is busy, but the windows are new and close well. In addition, one of the bedrooms goes to the back on a quieter alley. The apartment is extremely spacious and stylish and practically furnished. The beds are very comfortable and everything is available, especially the kitchen is very well equipped. Thank you for the nice stay!

A vacation of a few days between New Year's Eve and Epiphany. Sea villa near Marciana Marina (Elba), with beautiful views of the Gulf of Procchio and Capo Enfola. Very nice location. Obviously in winter you can't enjoy much sun and light and the outdoor spaces, very well organized, cannot be used fully. The apartment (part of the house) is comfortable for 6 people (we were 4 adults and two children in addition to our beagle), well-structured, very well maintained and recently refreshed and updated with three splits for cold and hot air. The pellet stove works great . Very clean rooms, nice and well-equipped kitchen (we didn't bring anything from home). Good quality beds. Two enough bathrooms for 6 people. Comfortable archaeological and a lot, a lot of friendliness and availability from the host and his relatives. No noise or disturbance issues. Everything is perfect and as advertised. Thank you Francesco. I hope to be back in the summer.

Accommodation in a great location to reach the sea and the center of the village. Inside there are all the necessary amenities. Extremely comfortable indoor parking. Serena was very nice and approachable.
