Vacation rentals with lake access in Lacey

This place was awesome. Felt right at home—like one of the family. NOTE: If you like antiseptically trendy, pristine spaces full of faux wood and IKEA furniture, DO NOT stay here. You’ll just complain and give this property less than the five stars it deserves. IF, however, you like places that bring back childhood memories of coming in off the lake so grandma can make you a pj&j, pour you some milk and put camphor on your bug-bites, this is the place. The walls are real wood paneling. The lake is beautiful and serene. There are old boardgames and even older National Geographic magazines in the hall closet. Yes, there is WiFi, Netflix, and a Keurig, but you’ll kinda wish there wasn’t. This is the place to put that behind and step back into simpler, more connected (as in, with FAMILY) times. Stay here with your family. Turn your phones off. Play boardgames, canoe, and swim. We hope to be back again for a longer stay.

What a wonderful, cozy stay! This house feels like a home in the best of ways. Very cozy fireplace, wonderful views of the lake and ducks swimming from the entire back of the house, plus above and beyond gestures of kindness from the host(s). I stayed here recovering from a medical procedure and was welcomed with a “get well soon” card. The house was spotless and full of natural light. Thank you again for the peaceful experience.

Hosts were great to work with from the 1st communication. House located in a great area, felt incredibly remote & quiet. Even though its a few blocks off one of the main city roads, once you pull onto road & pull up to house it felt very remote & removed from the busy city. Stores, restaurants & shopping were all very close by just a few minutes drive. The house was big but very cozy at the same time. Lots of rooms & space fits a lot of people without feeling crowded at all. Yard was huge, easy walk to dock. Lawn well maintained & we took full advantage of outside sitting area, yard games, paddle boat, stand up paddles board AND canoe! Great outside sitting area with plenty of seats for everyone as well as a large deck also with great space & more than ample chairs & tables. House was very clean & well maintained with all the amenities needed! Beds & pillows clean & comfortable with extra blankets & pillows for everyone. Wont hesitate to stay here again. Very happy customers. Ty!

The “light filled Lake house” was exactly that and more. Extremely comfortable beds and living area. We were able to have our family visit us and enjoy a meal together because the kitchen had absolutely everything you could possibly need to make a meal. This home is very private and peaceful so a vehicle is necessary to get out and about for daily activities other than spending a day by the lake which is right outside the back door. Kristine had coffee, trash bags, sandwich bags and other necessities available that we did not expect, which was a pleasant surprise. The Kayaks are not available in the Winter which is understandable, however our days were busy visiting family and sight seeing. Gig harbor (gorgeous!) 20 mins drive away. Seattle, one hour away with a thoroughly enjoyed Ferry ride. We highly recommend this home as your accommodations.

We just purchased a home in this area and needed a place to stay close to it while it gets furnished and this was perfect! It was so quiet and peaceful. The view of the lake is great! The house was very clean, decorated beautifully and super cozy. If we didn’t live just down the street we would stay here again! Mickey was a great host and answered my messages quickly. I had forgotten my purse here after checkout and he worked with me so I could retrieve it. Really great experience. Highly recommend! (I don’t recommend forgetting your purse though 😂).

Truly spectacular! It felt like being a guest at a friend’s house, so many thoughtful touches. The kitchen was well stocked and we made all our meals there. Very clean, board games plus legos, beach towels, access to private dock, kayaks and life jackets. The lake and the views were amazing and close access to Staircase hike. Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at the lake house. The view of the lake was stunning- especially in the morning at dawn as the sun started to rise. My husband enjoys cooking and he loved the gas stove. The kitchen was stocked with the basics and I appreciated not having to go to the store for coffee. It was chilly a couple of days and we made use of the fireplace in the master bedroom. The other 2 bedrooms were cozy with comfortable beds. The house was decorated nicely and was comfortable and perfect for our needs.

Place was wonderful. Many comments were made from all guests about wanting to come back during the summer. Everybody loved the pickleball court and multiple free to use games. Thank you for being such a tentative, thoughtful, and courteous host!

Great place to stay with a beautiful view. Good location with easy access to many parts of Seattle and the airport.

This is the first time I’ve ever given 5/5 to an air b and b… firstly John is such a nice host he communicates quickly and accommodates what you’re needing. This house is private in a nice safe area with a lovely view out of all windows. There is an amazing pizza restaurant down the road in walking distance. The parks surrounding the area are beautiful! The house is very comfortable clean John includes everything you need … and extra touches like wine beer pop and coffee are much appreciated. The hot tub looks onto the water with a view of Seattle… my best friend and I came for my bday and we cannot wait to plan another trip to this air b and b! Thank you so much John for a wonderful stay so much appreciated

Scenic and comfortable for friends or family with kids. Kitchen was top notch, had all the essentials and multiple Keurig options. The deck by the lake is very nice to hang out at evenings and night time. TV remote didn't have batteries and the bathroom drain can be unclogged better. But these were minor inconveniences.

My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. We were in unit 11. Having stayed at several Airbnb locations, especially in some larger cities, parking can be a challenge with parking on the street. This location has dedicated parking, so it was never an issue with worrying about getting a parking spot at any time during the day. The veiw was very nice looking out on the lake. I appreciate the character of the home, which seems to have a rich history. Renu checked in several times to make sure that everything was ok with us, which was appreciated. We will keep this location in mind the next time we come to Tacoma!

It was great. Booked it for my husband while he was visiting a friend is Seattle and he thoroughly enjoyed his stay.

This was one of the best AirBnb's we've stayed at. The host was so gracious. There were water bottles, wine, snacks and extra linens. There was a hair dryer, straightening iron, make up remover, Q tips, sunscreen and multiple other bathroom amenities that made it really feel like home. You can tell that the owners really care about the comfort of their guests and want to make it as convenient and accommodating as possible. This home was also located next to some amazing little gems. Our favorites for food were Winnie's and Jude's. Tony's also had great all American breakfast options. So glad we picked this spot and we'll definitely be back.

Thank you for the stay. We both enjoyed our time. And the beauty of the place. Found it very relaxing. And while we did not make use of all of the amenities, found all of it enticing enough to consider returning. For those of you looking at this to review, I have stayed at a number of places across the Pacific Northwest and this is definitely worth trying.

It has beautiful views, enjoyed drinking my morning coffee on the deck, my Airedale loved the yard and playing in the water, we enjoyed watching the ducks swimming by and even with the rain it was still beautiful and enjoyable and very relaxing, loved staying there!

This cottage was clean, safe, and just as pictured. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc and there was also a vacuum and mop for any spills. It was such a relief to be in a pet friendly space where my dog had the option to go out in a fenced yard (small, but still great). The neighborhood was calm and quiet and only ~20 mins from Olympia and ~50 mins from Tacoma. Thank you for a great stay, Shannon!

great host, great location and easy check-in. would absolutely book again. one thing to be mindful of are the stairs in the house going down as the steps can be tricky if you aren't watching your step.

We stayed here for a weekend and had a great experience! The house is situated right by a lake, in the midst of gall trees and at the end of a cul de sac so it was very private. Eric and Jane have very thoughtfully added features to the house, such as a fire pits with propane tanks, multiple decks to sit and enjoy the surroundings, hot tub, hammocks and kayaks. Eric was also very responsive anytime we texted him, even late at night. We will definitely be recommending this spot to our friends!

Suzy is a great host. She is responsive and accommodating. Her Tiki cabin on the lake was a lovely weekend getaway for my boyfriend and I before he left for his deployment. The airbnb had everything you would need for a short getaway. There were snacks galore, water, and enough towels for the shower & lake activities. I would most definitely stay again when in the area!

This was a little get away for my birthday and it was perfect 😍 my husband and I stayed for 2 nights. It was clean, quiet, peaceful and cozy. Just what we needed to decompress and reconnect as a couple 😊 The location is far enough away from the busy city life but close enough to go do some things!
