South Lake Union is a hotbed of construction activity and although there is nothing currently happening next to the building, the area is alive with workers during the day. Evenings are quiet and relaxing.

James's Queen Anne guest house

Inspired by the show Tiny House Nation, I thought it would be fun to convert my small detached garage into my vision of a comfortable and modern living space with all the amenities. It's approx. 210 sq ft or 11 x 19 ft but has the feel of a much larger place . We are located in an amazing spot on the top of Queen Anne. Macrina's Bakery is just 100 ft along with the #2 Metro bus to take you downtown in just 10 minutes. We feel lucky to live in such a beautiful neighborhood!
