Loft vacation rentals in La Veleta

Nous avons séjourné en famille dans ce logement de très bonne qualité, très propre, spacieux, accès à la piscine facile, Logement bien équipé pour une famille. Accès à la plage public en voiture très facile. Bon emplacement pour visiter les points principaux de la région car sur la route principale. Cependant deux points d'attention : - il faut une voiture impérativement pour faire les courses et visiter - contrairement à ce qu'on avait compris sur l'annonce il n'y a pas d'accès préférentiel pour avoir accès aux infrastructures du Bahia Principe (Restauration, plages, tennis) seul l'achat d'un pass journalier à 100USD par adulte permet de profiter du all in. Peu importe on a tout de même passé un super séjour dans ce logement, nous le recommandons vivement.

This location is very convenient, close to the nightlife and restaurants but not loud. The outdoor/open air living room with hammock, and two balconie, is very cool. Great all around experience for the price.

I had an incredible month-long stay at this Airbnb in Tulum’s La Veleta neighborhood. The area is filled with amazing restaurants, all within walking distance. I loved that I could explore the neighborhood entirely on foot—it's very safe and walk-friendly. The experience was everything I hoped for, and I’m already looking forward to coming back soon!

Me and my wife loved the stay at Jose’s apartment. It is located in a lovely gated community, TAO Mexico in Akumal, with the PGA golf course next door. The neighbours were very friendly too, giving advice for restaurants to go to in the area when we said hi. We enjoyed using the kitchen to cook meals and eating at the table on the balcony that has a view of the trees and greenery. The AC and water pressure were great. There were beach towels, snorkels, two outdoor chairs and an umbrella which we used when we went to the beach. Since we stayed ten days, we also used the washing machine and dried clothes on the balcony. We enjoyed going for swims in the shared pool. The communal areas are cleaned daily and are spotless. There is beautiful scenery and wildlife including local birds. This was close to local attractions best visited by car. Akumal bay for snorkelling with turtles, restaurants, cenotes and beaches close by. We highly recommend staying here!

Daria tuvo una atención increíble desde el momento de la reservación, en donde contestó a todas mis dudas. Estuvo muy al pendiente durante toda la estancia y siempre estuvo atenta a contestar mis solicitudes. El estudio es increible, y el lugar es maravilloso. un lugar tranquilo, con acceso al wellness center y el gimnasio los cuales están increibles y con muchas clases.y aparatos. La playa también está muy cerca ya sea caminando (media hora) o 15 minutos en el carrito que te lleva de forma gratuita. Hay un mini super a 10 minutos caminando y los paisajes son muy lindos en general!. Seguramente volveré! Muy cerca de Tulum, Cenotes, Akumal y ruinas Mayas.

Etznab was great, the place was clean and the pool outside was quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend if you want somewhere relaxing and quiet to stay.

El alojamiento estaba muy lindo, las instalaciones también, me gustó mucho que tuviera su propio restaurante dentro del residencial. Además, siempre estuvieron pendientes de cualquier cosa, nos ayudaron con todo, lo recomiendo.

Luis’s place in Aldea Zama was a wonderful spot to call home during my time here. The apartment is well furnished and the space is highly functional. The bed is super comfy, the room gets a lot of natural light, the desk great for remote working, and the kitchen very well stocked. The building’s gym and pool are great amenities, and staff are lovely. Luis was accommodating to an early check in and was highly responsive to any needs during my stay. Highly recommend his place!

Incredible private back, 2nd floor loft with incredible views of the jungle. A MUST for bird lovers or anyone looking for a peaceful getaway just 3 minutes walk to Holistika and 10 mins to lots of restaurants in La Valeta. Excellent A/C, comfortable king size bed, two-way mirrorred walls with hidden black out shades that come down from the ceiling. One whole wall has windows that open directly out to the tree tops. It's small and has no official closet, so best for travelers who pack light however we had no issues with our large luggage. Valentina was 100% responsive and a delight to work with. She was incredibly helpful in helping us schedule rides to and from the airport. Expect to pay about $100 USD one way with any cab company. Cabs are very expensive, better to rent a car as many other travelers did. Humberto the property manager was helpful with our luggage and always available as well as the property cat Chay, who is very handsome and friendly. Can not wait to return!

Our stay in Tulum was great thanks to Mystique. The condo was very well kept and has a large pool, gym with cardio and weights and a free shuttle to the beach. Location is between beach and downtown, so you pretty much need to drive/taxi/bike etc. everywhere. Room was very clean, AC was a bit inconsistent. The unit has a washer (no dryer) so if you need to do laundry you can. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

The studio is surrounded by wonderful greenery and is very comfortable, private and quit. He was extremely helpful in order for me to plan the stay for my brother and his wife, who absolutely loved the surroundings, the pools, and the studio. My brother has limited mobility and can not walk big distances and the place is very well suited for his needs and capabilities.

El lugar es tal como se ve en las fotos publicadas. Todo está muy limpio, práctico, cuenta con todo lo necesario para hacer tu viaje tulum mas facil y cómodo. Si te gusta la aventura, utiliza las bicicletas a las que te dan acceso o si prefieres la comodidad es recomendable rentar un auto. La zona es super tranquila y tiene una vista impresionante a la selva. La piscina es de muy buen tamano y cuenta con hidromasaje asi que seguro vas a disfrutar tu estancia en Xuxu. Los anfitriones siempre amables y disponibles. Nunca falló la electricidad, ni el agua, solo el Wifi pero eso es comun en todo tulum. Ya estamos planeando volver a Tulum y lo unico seguro es que nos espedarenos en Xuxu.

On a beaucoup aimé l’appartement par lui-même le grand lit très agréable très confortable. L’appartement est suffisant pour deux le petit plus la piscine pour se délasser le soir. Faut vraiment avoir un véhicule pour se rendre à l’appartement on voulait le calme. Effectivement on est loin de tout mais bon c’est c’était notre choix. le gardien était très agréable. nous y avons séjourné 10 jours, on s’est pas ennuyé. petit plus la voiture est bien garée et on se sent en sécurité.

I stayed for a whole months, I could have easily lived there long term. Very peaceful and comfortable.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich super! Sehr sauber, aufgeräumt, alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Der Rooftop-Pool ist grandios! Sie ist zwar etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, aber man kann sich in der Nähe Räder leihen und Tulum bequem abfahren. Auch eine Wäscherei, diverse Restaurants waren in der Nähe (allerdings etwas teurer als der Durchschnitt, dafür sehr schick).

Yerik was helpful and quick with all communication. The apartment was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. To get to the beach or Cenotes we needed a bike or Atv however the pool was always clean and refreshing. We were always by ourselves in the pool. Easy walk to restaurants and bars. We enjoyed the apartment and exploring beautiful Tulum. Loved watching the sun sets from the balcony.

It was such a beautiful and comfortable place. We did love it. It’s a paradise. The rooms were so clean and nice. We highly recommend his place to stay. For sure I will come back.
