Vacation rentals with beach access in La Veleta

Ana's home was so beautiful! We had such a great stay and really enjoyed the amenities and the area. You really get what you pay for and it was better than the photos! I'll definitely recommend to others going to Tulum!

We had a great stay at JKW Vacaction Club, the accommodation was beautiful and very well furnished, small downside on the work in the hotel even if I guess with a neighborhood under construction it's a little unavoidable, despite everything I highly recommend!!

great stay for a few nights in Tulum. it's on the edge of town which is nice if you are looking for a more peaceful retreat, which I was! you're surrounded by beautiful trees and tropical birds. it's really nice. it's still very easy to get to the center with shops and restaurants in a few minutes. the apartment was well decorated and furnished, and the bed was VERY comfortable. wifi signal was good and I was able to work from the apartment. there is a very cute cafe, Cafe Aroma, with great breakfast, juice, smoothies and coffee a few minutes walk down the road. Mariana was also so kind to bring a big bottle of drinking water after my checkin which was a friendly and appreciated touch. :) I would stay here again!

We just loved Maréh’s house. Great location close to the old part of Tulum and many restaurants. Easy to drive to many places like Coba, Tulum Beach, many cenotes etc. Grocery shopping close by. Very quiet and private neighborhood. We loved the roof top pool for quick dips to cool off. The host was very responsive to the few small issues that we had and addressed them immediately. We would definitely stay here again. The value to the coat was fantastic!

well equipped, clean unit with all the amenities you could need for an extended stay. the bikes included worked well and allowed us to ride down to the beach during the day. the pool on the roof was gorgeous and we spent a fair bit of time just laying in the sun up there.

I was amazed with the accommodation, the proximity to everything, and the excellent location!!

Loved the place. It's a gorgeous space. The host Oscar is absolutely incredible. Great recommendations and very hospitable. The location is safe. Great restaurants in walking distance. There is currently quite a bit of construction and the power went out multiple times we were there. Of course that is not the house or hosts fault, i believe it is just that the area is up and coming... overall, great stay!

My husband and I travelled with 2 of our boys, ages 13 and 6, and my in-laws (early 80’s) joined us mid-week. I cannot speak highly enough of the property and the attentiveness to our needs by the staff. Everything as pictured and then some. We absolutely loved our stay and would come again in a heartbeat. We are currently trying to plan our next stay. The private area along with convenience to a cenote, town, a grocery store - we did not feel like we missed a thing and everything we needed was so close! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here and would highly encourage you to. I worried our boys wouldn’t like it, but they had so much fun in the pool, along the shore in tide pools, hunting for crabs at night, watching the birds - it was all amazing. Definitely in our top 3 vacations and we hope to go again!

Our family and I loved staying at Tulum Mi Amor! The host was lovely and so responsive to every need we had. You know it’s a great place when you’re sad to leave. The location was perfect! Close to central Tulum where there’s shopping and restaurants. We loved the food cart pod! They have live music and salsa night. Also a fun playground for kids right across the street. We hope to plan our trip next year in March and stay there again! Thank you so much!!

Loved it! Very easy to find, clear instructions. Host also was very understanding and helpful when my friends and I accidentally locked ourselves out. Would highly recommend

The space is beautiful. Serene atmosphere. Very private, very spacious, light filled, conveniently located. Could not recommend booking Casa Manati more. It's even better than the photos !

We really enjoyed our stay at Yaremis's place, as we felt right at home with its cozy, clean and homey feel. The place was in a nice area where it was walkable to the city center while bike ridable to the ruins. Having a kitchen to cook and store food was extremely helpful. Definitely recommend!

5/5 Stars — A Dream Stay in Tulum! Casa Areca was everything we hoped for! The location is unbeatable—just a quick 10-minute drive to Tulum’s stunning sandy beaches, yet tucked away in the serene Aldea Zama community. We felt completely safe with 24/7 security. The villa itself is beyond beautiful. The indoor-outdoor flow is perfect for soaking up the Tulum vibe, and the lush greenery surrounding the private pool creates a relaxing, tropical escape. The complimentary concierge service and house manager were excellent and really elevated the experience!

Was a pleasure staying at the home, everything was as described and photos were perfect! Close to lots of restaurants and not too bad of a drive to the beach. House was immaculately clean! Pool was great and an added bonus! Even better in person. Thank you again for everything.

Reed's place is a beautiful, peaceful spot in La Veleta not far from several lovely restaurants with outdoor dining. His home is spacious, with a private pool, pond with waterfall, and separate areas for the living area and bedrooms. There is a small convenience store across the street, but we would still recommend renting a car, ATV, or scooter to get around for more shopping options, go to the beach, or explore the nearby ruins. Overall, we would recommend Reed's place for those seeking a more secluded hideaway in which to relax and recharge. Thanks, Reed!

good place to stay in tulum, new apartment with the required amenities

I had to extend my trip during my stay due to an issue with my flight and Fer immediately accommodated me once again. She made Sure I had everything I needed and made sure I had the link sent back to me right away to re book. She never misses truly amazing host

I had a fantastic stay at Fernando’s place in Tulum. The apartment was fully stocked with everything I needed for an extended stay and is conveniently located in Veleta, about a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute scooter ride from the main area on Calle 7. It felt very safe and secure, and being just far enough from the main road meant no traffic noise at night while still being close to everything. Fernando was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to any questions I had. As a remote worker, I really appreciated the fast Wi-Fi, desk, and office chairs. I would definitely return!

We had a great stay overall. The bed was very comfy! The rooftop pool was better in person. The blue light in the plunge pool did not come on and we couldn’t figure out how to make it light up, but everything else was lovely. Thank you for having us

I had a fantastic stay! Carol was an amazing host—super responsive, timely, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She even assisted with booking a few things during our trip, which made everything so much easier. The place itself was spotless and modern, with super comfy beds and great amenities. Everything was clean and well thought out, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here, and would definitely book again!

Very good place, very nice facilities in both the apartment and the condominium. The hot tub worked very well and was very private. The beach is a 7-minute drive and everything is very easy to access The parking is very safe too The only downside was that check-in is until 4 pm, but other than that everything was very good Thank you Gustavo!

We had an exceptional stay thanks to Luis, our thoughtful host who literally made our feet and hands to help us with every little need. He has moved several times to help us, always with kindness and speed. The apartment was impeccable: impeccably clean, with remarkable attention to details — well arranged towels, full dishes, neat decoration... everything was perfect to make us feel at home. The complex is beautiful, very safe, and the pool is superb and always well maintained. I recommend this place 100% and sincerely thank Luis for his availability, his time, and all his little touches that made all the difference. Thank you again!

This place is just how the photos look! It's beautiful. The beds were super comfy and blackout curtains were a bonus! The design and architecture of this spot was unique and fun! We did have some problems with the water not working one day, but by the morning it was fixed for us! Having a car was convenient for us to go to Tulum beach and other restaurants in Tulum Centro.
