Our family had a very peaceful and relaxing time at Sylvie’s house. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, garden, pool and seating areas. We knew it was a recently modernised/refurbished and everything felt new and with a well planned layout. The owners were very welcoming and accommodating, even though our language skills leave a lot to be desired, Sylvie and her partner spoke more than enough English to answer all the questions about the house Most importantly the beds were very comfortable and sleeping after a day of cycling around the island helped the recovery. We have been to Ile de Re many times and really enjoy the location, quiet yet enough shops and restaurants close by to fulfill our needs. Already looking at dates for this property for next year.

A dream house! Surrounded by a large plot, the house is spacious and well laid out. We immediately felt at home. The pool was much appreciated by young and old. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped. Fiber internet connection that allowed efficient teleworking for several people.

Great hospitality from David and a small impeccable apartment! Very well equipped, it has everything you need, from a snail shell to a hairdryer! Perfect for a small family, like ours with two children. The accommodation is very well located near the heart of the village of La Flotte. Underground parking allows you to park the car. Marie is a great host, understanding, caring, very responsive. We arrived late at our accommodation. At 10 p.m., Marie was able to make herself helpful and available to help us get into the accommodation. Concerned about our well-being, she provided the necessary equipment to make us comfortable with our 2-month-old baby and 3-year-old daughter. Everything is thought out in the accommodation, we didn't miss anything. It was really nice, clean, quiet, 5 min walk to the sea, 2 km from the village where the atmosphere is very nice at the end of the day, where the markets are rich and friendly. In short, a great vacation thanks to Marie! Thank you so much!

ideally located, the accommodation is convenient / functional, slightly far from the city center ( 400/500m) which allows you to enjoy everything on foot and by bike. " master " outbuilding is a real plus. the railway right behind the house is surprisingly not at all. We will regret the cleanliness of the accommodation on arrival as well as the garbage cans of previous occupants due to the off-season collection that takes place during the week . if we had to find a defect, maybe the lack of high / low noise insulation in the house .

house in a new subdivision located in a locality. Quiet +++. Walking tour in the surrounding marshes, car to arrive very quickly at daily or leisure amenities (beaches, markets, marshes, etc.). Being 2 couples with small children, the layout allowed to have our 2 places of nights + shower + toilet separated (practical to be independent). House where all the amenities are well thought out, clean, accordingly and even for the children, very appreciated! thank you 😉 Pool and garden pool and garden pool at the top and secure thank you for the stay at your property 👍 just a downside odor for the shower master suite, we warned. We used the spacious master bathroom with a nice organization 😁 because 4 adults and 3 children.
