Beautiful restored mill on the banks of the Lot. Exceptional location, on the water, quiet all day, the contemplation of the river is incredibly relaxing from morning to evening. Very spacious and very nice house with a very large living room as well as a very large terrace surrounded by greenery. We greatly appreciated the opportunity to kayak at the foot of the house. It is also possible to swim for the more adventurous otherwise Castelmoron beach is a 3 min drive. Tennis court is a plus. Nicolas is a very welcoming and very accommodating host. I highly recommend renting this house for a family time surrounded by nature.

Gîte with very nice volumes, carefully decorated, quality bedding. The hosts are very welcoming and available. Very quiet and relaxing environment. We highly recommend the "Nordic bath" supplement: a pure moment of rest and relaxation. The private fishing lake is the asset of this cottage. Feel free to walk to the second lake, which has just as much charm. We tested this cottage for our Valentine's Day and we recommend it + + +

We had a great time with our three big teens who tested all the activities of the estate ( pool, paddle board, kayak, pétanque...). It's a peaceful and shaded location. Communication with hosts and their availability is noteworthy. We'll be happy to go back 😊

pleasant stay in a green, peaceful setting. I enjoyed a few sunny days, so I was able to enjoy the small terrace in the sun. wednesday the market in Barbotan allows you to stock up on fruits cheese vegetables. a small butcher shop is open on Wednesday Friday and Saturday mornings. a good bakery/grocery store. Good little restaurants, enough to enjoy your stay. Well equipped kitchen, enough to prepare his meals, for my part I was able to cook with steam, make a good soup with fresh vegetables, cook a steak, mushroom omelet. Thank you for these pleasant moments. I recommend Marie-Anne's place.

The apartment is very well appointed, tastefully decorated, everything is functional and clean. It is bright, within a small residence very quiet and close to the thermal baths (10-15 min walk). Great weekend under the sun we were able to enjoy the garden at the end of the day. Listing is clean, as described and Ben is accommodating. Special mention for the little touches: coca and cool water on arrival and rugs/bowls for our little dog. We recommend:)

What can I say except that the place is perfect... The choice of comfort and decor is rare in Rbnb so hats off! I would definitely stay again. Friendly host, I recommend it!

Rustic yet functional house. We stayed there for 1 week with 4 adults and 4 children and everything was perfect. Tranquility, terrace, swimming pool, and petanque court at the top. We would highly recommend it.

Very interesting quirky old house with lots of lovely antique things in it. It is set in a wide open space with swings and slides and had loads of amazing toys which my 3 year old grandson loved. He didn’t want to leave and said he was going to miss the very friendly donkeys and all the toys. We had a lovely time but sadly the weather was very mixed so we only managed to use the pool once. On our last night we ate at Azul in Cancon and it was excellent. Thank you Françoise and Pascal for a lovely stay.

Christine is a very welcoming host, very interesting and particularly attentive. We had a wonderful stay in the lot and Garonne and were able to enjoy our cottage and its amenities especially the pool. We recommend this cottage without hesitation Isabelle and Philippe

Greg and Carly were brilliant hosts, they provided useful information about the area, we followed almost all of their recommendations. They brought fishing gear and expertise, bikes and cycle routes. They also provided welcome drinks and local produce to get our holiday off to a good start. The house was great - spotless and comfortable for our group of 12- plenty of outside space for eating and socialising, and a lovely pool. All 3 kitchens were really well equipped- such a joy to have a dishwasher and washing machine! The river is great for fishing and swimming- not at the same time! . We could not fault the peaceful location and felt really safe there. The shops and ‘real life’ were only 10 minutes away in any direction, but could successfully be avoided. The night markets at Pujols and Cassenaud were lovely, and the local wine was great. We would come back tomorrow, thank you both x
