For 8 years, we have been renovating it constantly, and can say today that it is very comfortable: everything is new, and it has just been equipped with a swimming pool and air conditioning! Our teenagers love to go there, and we have a great time with the family. We wholeheartedly want you to enjoy it! Happiness is really in the meadow!

Enjoy a stylish, bright and central 60 m2 accommodation with a 20 m2 outdoor terrace. Completely renovated, it is comfortable and in a good location. It consists of a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a 140 x 200 sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker... The city center, its shops and restaurants are within walking distance in less than 10 minutes Train station is a 10-minute walk away. The highway exit is a 3-minute drive.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay surrounded by nature. Isolated in the forest but close to the dynamic center of the royal city of Nérac. You can also enjoy a large terrace overlooking the vineyard. A bioclimatic pergola allows you to relax in the Jacuzzi all year round. A barrel sauna is also available on the terrace.
