Ground-floor apartment of approximately 40 m², ideal for a couple (and a maximum of 4 people), located in the city center, 500 meters from the thermal baths and 4 kilometers from Lake Clarens (hiking trail just a short walk from the property). All amenities are in close proximity, you can do everything on foot. Free parking right across the street from the property. You will enjoy a soothing setting 1 hour 15 minutes from Bordeaux and the ocean beaches of Hossegor, with many walks or bike rides, 10 minutes from all amenities. On-site: ping-pong, trampoline, petanque, darts, foosball. The pool is only open in July and August: saltwater, heated, secure, 13 x 6 m, open from 12 pm to 7 pm

We will be delighted to welcome you in a simple and respectful manner. Lou Chibaou equestrian center is 1 km away, Cap Cauderoue tree climbing is 4 km away as well as Golf d'Albret. Nearby are the Moulin des Tours, the Château d'Henry IV, La Bastide de Vianne and the Ludoparc.
